Renovated Waterfront Condo for Up to 10 Guests

Welcome to Waterfront Breeze Condo, a recently renovated 1,800-square-foot retreat in South Clearwater Beach. Located on the 7th floor of an eight-story condominium building, this spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers unobstructed views of the Clearwater Bay Canal and room for up to 10 guests.

The open layout provides a comfortable setting for families and groups traveling together, with plenty of space to relax, dine, and enjoy the waterfront surroundings.

Open Living with Canal Views

The inviting living room features plush seating, a large TV, and direct access to the private balcony. Step outside to enjoy peaceful canal views, fresh coastal air, and a front-row seat to the waterfront setting.

The adjacent dining area seats up to eight guests, while the kitchen bar provides seating for three more. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and the cookware and essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay.

A washer and dryer are also available inside the condo for added convenience.

Three Comfortable Bedrooms

Waterfront Breeze Condo offers a flexible layout for families and multiple couples.

Primary Suite: King-size bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower.
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, bunk beds, and TV.
Third Bedroom: Two queen-size beds.
Second Full Bathroom: Shared by the second and third bedrooms.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

Heated Pool, Spa and Beach Access

Enjoy the condominium’s heated pool and spa after a day at the beach or exploring Clearwater Beach. The property is situated along the Clearwater Intracoastal Waterway, providing a peaceful waterfront setting while remaining close to the sand.

Clearwater Beach is approximately a three-minute walk from the condo, making it easy to enjoy beach days without a long drive.

The location places you near restaurants, shops, and the Beach Walk. Pier 60 is less than a 15-minute walk away, where guests can enjoy daily sunset celebrations, local vendors, crafts, and seasonal outdoor movies.

The condo was perfect for our family and our friends' family. The condo was exceptionally clean and organized. There was ample space for all of us. The view was beautiful and I already miss the dolphins visiting us multiple times a day! Beach Time Rentals was wonderful to work with. They were quick to respond and very helpful. They did a great job keeping in touch prior to our stay and also during. The location was perfect and there is so much within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again or another property with Beach Time Rentals.

This was such an awesome stay at this rental in Clearwater Beach. It was so close to everything, including restaurants and the beach. We had four kids with us and it was absolutely perfect stay. Everything was right at our fingertips. We saw dolphins every other day from the patio/balcony. Enough room for our 10 person family to stay. Four of them being kids. Such a beautiful place and a beautiful area and in amazing proximity to everything you would ever need. Thank you again!

We booked very last minute, but the company and host were able ti finalize things very quickly for us. The condo is so spacious and comfortable for a long stay. We used the washer and dryer many times as well as the kitchen. The washer and dryer could use some better directions. The condo was clean and well appointed.

5 stars for the property, location and management team. The condo was clean, spacious, well equipped and up to date on furnishings.The Harbor View was exactly what we wanted and was quite and relaxing.
The views were amazing day and night with the beautiful homes and their docks/boats along the harbor. At night the lights from the docks reflecting on the water and the lights along Clearwater Beach and Gulfview Bvd. are beautiful providing a nice peaceful way the end the day setting on the balcony.
The 7th floor unit also provides some Gulf views.
The location was perfect with the beach being about a 5 to 7 min walk. Pier 60 and the Marina were about a 15 to 20 minute walk with restaurants and shops all along the way so it is an enjoyable walk. The property manager made the rental and check-in process seamless. Mona was our contact and she was super nice and really provided all the information we needed for a great week.

This rental was the BOMB! Loved the unit, the location, the property manager. I cannot rave enough about how wonderful our stay was! The unit was perfect and made a nice home away from home for our group of six. It was worth it just for the FABULOUS view from the balcony! Absolutely amazing to sit out there in the mornings and evenings. We even saw dolphins one morning. It was quite painful to return home and not get to continue to wake up to that view each morning! The location was PERFECT!!! A quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and so many great spots in walking distance (restaurants, bars, ice cream). We didn't have to drive anywhere. Check-in and out was a breeze. Very easy communication with the property manager, and always a fast response. She really was a gem the entire week! (Thank you, Mona, if you are reading this)! We will definitely be back!

Beach Time Rentals were great to work with. We stayed at Waterfront Breeze for my son's wedding that occurred on the Majesty located at Clearwater Marina. Our group consisted of 7 adults and a 4 year old. The condo is just as pictured. It is within walking distance to everything. A small grocery store is just a block away. Beach access within a few minutes walking. The condo is equipped well including a few beach chairs, a cooler, ice packs, boogie boards, sand buckets, a good amount of cooking equipment. Easy access to the condo and good safe parking. I really loved that we could leave left over food to donate to a food pantry. Kudos to Beach time Rental for this alone!

We stayed at Waterfront Breeze Condo while attending my son's wedding in May. There were 7 adults and 1 child. We had plenty of room to spread out. Everyone would agree the patio was the best part. We spent a lot of time outside. On our last day we saw a manatee in the harbor. The condo is walkable to almost everything groceries, gas station, mini golfing, restaurants, the beach. The four year old didn't even mind walking to the pier several times. The condo was clean and had several things to take to the beach. Easy access in and out, parking was as advertised. It was a great stay.

My family and I enjoyed this spacious condo. It was clean, the host was highly responsive and it all kinds of cute perks throughout. There were baskets of games, beach items, and a well stocked kitchen. The condo is also in a great location that is walking distance to the beach. My friends and I stayed at the Waterfront Breeze Condo. It was a beautiful spacious condo with amazing views. We saw many animals including dolphins and manatees from the balcony. The condo was very cleaned and the property manager Mona was amazing to work with! Highly recommended to anyone traveling to Clearwater. It was surrounded by many restaurants and shops. We got to see dolphins, a manatee and sting ray from the balcony, where we spent a lot of time in the early mornings. The unit was a great size for our group of 7. The beach was within a block and a half and everything you need is within walking distance. Mona responded quickly to texts; check in and out was easy. Our family rented the condo with another couple and their children for a total of 9 people all together. We knew the condo was going to be nice and figured things would be a little cramped, but definitely doable. Not only were we not cramped at all, but we felt like we could’ve probably fit 1 or 2 more people in the condo. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our 2 families. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we were excited to see dolphins daily. The condo was fully stocked with anything and everything we could possibly need for our stay including beach toys and towels. There were tons of things to do and see and places to eat at within walking distance. We were also happy that there was a trolley stop right in front of the condo for when we needed it. Needless to say we were beyond thrilled with the condo and would definitely rent again.

Hello let start by saying this vacation was slot of celebrating a lot of things I accomplished the past 3 years. My Birthday was great.! Also I proposed to my Beautiful fiancé and it was great! The Condo I rented for two weeks was beautiful the most clean place I ever stayed in. Very spacious is an understatement the views are breathtaking at nite we have some great pictures of Clearwater day and night time to. There’s to much to do in Clearwater we found out the hard way need more time for this vacation for sure. We shall return next years and many more after that Thanks again for having us.
