Welcome to Beach Junkies, a bright and updated second-floor condo at The Villas of Clearwater Beach.

This single-level retreat accommodates up to eight guests and provides a comfortable setting for relaxed beach days. The sand is only steps away, with no streets to cross between the condo and the beach.

Open Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, warm wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast-bar seating.

A large dining table provides room for shared family meals. The living room includes comfortable seating, cable TV and a pull-out sofa bed for added sleeping flexibility.

Ceiling fans throughout the condo and sliding doors to the private balcony create a light, breezy coastal feel.

Bedrooms and Bathroom Layout

Beach Junkies offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms:

Primary bedroom: King-size bed, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with shower
Second bedroom: Two queen-size beds and Smart TV
Living room: Pull-out sofa bed
Hallway bathroom: Tub/shower combination

The condo accommodates up to eight guests.

Private Balcony with Marina Views

The private balcony overlooks the marina and offers a relaxing outdoor setting for coffee, fresh coastal air and unwinding after a day on the beach.

Beach Gear, Community Pool and Direct Beach Access

A storage unit includes beach essentials for guest use, including chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, floats and a pull cart.

The community offers a shared pool and grill area. Simply head downstairs to enjoy the pool or continue on to the beach.

Important pool closure notice: The community pool will be closed from September 12 through October 5, 2026, due to renovations. Please consider this before confirming a reservation for those dates.

Walk to Pier 60, Marina and Local Attractions

Beach Junkies is within walking distance of Pier 60, restaurants, shops, Clearwater Beach Marina and McKay Park, which includes pickleball courts and a playground.

Spend your days on the sand, walk to dinner and enjoy Clearwater Beach sunsets without needing to get back in the car.
