Our Coastal Beach Retreat is a beautifully preserved 1920s wooden beach bungalow that combines the timeless character of a raised villa cottage with the comfort of a thoughtfully updated interior.

Best of all, it’s located on Cambria Street—just 80 yards from the sand! Spend your days soaking up the sun and surf, then return to your cozy retreat.

Our Coastal Beach Retreat offers 5 bedrooms plus a den and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The property is made up of a main house and a charming cottage in the back, giving families and groups plenty of space to spread out while still staying connected.

As you step into our beach cottage, you’ll be welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials you need to prepare family meals with ease.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a dining table that seats up to 8 guests, perfect for shared meals and game nights. The space flows into a spacious living area with a comfortable seating arrangement and a flat-screen TV—an ideal spot to relax after a day at the beach.

The main house offers three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom and shower. The second and third bedrooms each include a queen-size bed as well. Upstairs, a loft accessible by a spiral staircase makes the perfect hangout for teens, furnished with two daybeds (4 twins total).

The back cottage includes two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and a shared hallway bathroom with a shower.

In total, the property provides 5 bedrooms with 5 queen beds and 4 twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests.

And we saved the best for last! Step outside to enjoy a spacious Trex deck with a private pool and spa, complete with an outdoor seating area and grill—perfect for family barbecues or evening relaxation after a day at the beach.

AMAZING HOUSE!! There was plenty of space for our families. Loved how close it was to the beach and it was just far enough north so the beach wasn’t super crowded. We got there parked and unloaded and didn’t drive again the whole week. Everything was within walking distance for us and kids. We vacation in Clearwater Beach every summer with my brother and his family and the house was PERFECT for us.

We loved staying in this little bungalow. Much bigger than it looks from the outside. We had 3 families here and all enjoyed the house and location so much. The deck/pool area is a game changer for the kids so much room for everyone and all the beach things. Short walk to the beach.

This was our second stay on the property and we love it! Lots of space, just four blocks from all of the action in Clearwater Beach and about 100 yards from the water. Everything in the kitchen is great and the pool and hot tub saw lots of action! Two thumbs up!

This beach house was less than a block from the beautiful beach. Plenty of beds for large groups and a loft for kids. The pool and spa have heaters. Easy to get to the touristy beach area by walking (~15 minutes) or taking the trolley. Had 3 parking spaces. Overall great place for a large group!
