Welcome to Casa Bella, a beautifully restored Gulf-front estate in the heart of Redington Beach. This two-story beachfront home offers more than 5,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, with five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 12 guests.

With direct beach access, expansive Gulf views, a private pool, hot tub, and multiple gathering spaces, Casa Bella is designed for memorable family vacations and group beach getaways. Following meticulous hurricane restoration, the home is refreshed and ready to welcome guests.

Ground-Level Living and Poolside Access

The ground level offers a comfortable layout with access to the pool deck and Gulf views. It includes:

Bedroom one: Two twin beds
First primary suite: King-size bed, shared full bathroom, and sliding glass doors to the pool deck
Full bathroom with separate soaking tub and walk-in shower
Living area with a plush sectional, Smart TV, pool views, and Gulf views
Casual dining table for four
Half bathroom
Laundry area with a built-in kitchenette for drinks and light poolside meals

Kitchen, Dining and Living Areas

The second floor is designed for gathering and enjoying the waterfront setting. The retro-inspired kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, while the built-in bench dining nook provides a casual place for breakfast or coffee.

A formal round dining table seats six guests and opens onto a front-facing balcony with a gas grill. The second living area offers multiple seating areas, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the expansive beachfront balcony.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

Casa Bella offers five bedrooms across two levels:

Ground-level bedroom: Two twin beds
Ground-level primary suite: King-size bed, shared full bathroom, and direct pool-deck access
Second-floor bedroom: Two twin beds
Second-floor bedroom: King-size bed and private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Second primary suite: King-size bed, private ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower, private sauna, and direct access to the beachfront balcony

A hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves the second-floor twin bedroom.

Private Pool, Hot Tub and Direct Beach Access

Step outside to a private Gulf-front oasis with a sparkling pool, soothing hot tub, and direct access to the beach. Swim, relax in the spa, or head straight to the sand for a day along the Gulf of Mexico.

Pool heat and spa heat are available as optional add-ons.

Gulf Views and Home Highlights

Casa Bella offers water views from every level, including a wraparound balcony and terrace for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, and sunset watching.

Beautiful Home and Perfect Beach Access

Overall

We had a wonderful stay! The response time to our questions was excellent, and the home had plenty of space for our group of nine celebrating a milestone birthday. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and glassware, and we truly enjoyed the beautiful decks, pool, and stunning views. The easy access to the beach made our stay even more special. We were also blessed with amazing weather, which was the perfect finishing touch.
