The first level includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The first primary bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has three XL twin beds, ideal for children or individual guests, while a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located in the hallway.

Upstairs, the second private primary suite offers a king-size bed, cozy seating area, smart TV, and spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This suite opens directly onto a private beachfront deck with panoramic Gulf views—an ideal retreat for added privacy.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip if you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals offers coverage through Generali, excluding Hawaii and New York. Please review all plan terms and coverage before purchasing.
The property does not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers, or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over 25 unless traveling as a family. Reservations made under false pretenses may result in eviction and forfeiture of advance rent and deposits.
Owner storage spaces are securely locked and are not available for guest access.

The condo was fantastic and offered some of the most incredible views we've experienced. The location was exceptional, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Beautiful and upscale townhouse that was super clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beach is just steps away, and the bedding was especially comfortable. Communication with the team was great.
