Welcome to Beachfront Aldea II, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front condo in Belleair Beach. This 1,200-square-foot vacation rental accommodates up to four guests and offers unobstructed beach views, direct access to the shoreline, and a peaceful setting for a Florida Gulf Coast getaway.

The updated open-concept kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, flowing into the living and dining areas for a bright, comfortable space to gather after a day by the water.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, large smart TV, ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a partial beach view.

The guest bedroom features two XL twin beds, a desk, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Gulf-Front Living and Beach Views

The living area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, with no neighboring units blocking the coastal scenery. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, watch the waves, and make the most of Belleair Beach’s quieter shoreline right outside your door.

Aldea is a small, quiet oceanfront community in the heart of Belleair Beach. Nearby dining, shopping, and local attractions are within easy reach, while Clearwater Beach is a short drive away when you want to explore its restaurants, entertainment, and activities.

Ground-Floor Convenience and Community Pool

As a ground-floor unit, Beachfront Aldea II offers convenient access to the property, beach, and shared amenities. The community pool is heated during the cooler months for added enjoyment throughout the year.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip if you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals offers coverage through Generali, excluding Hawaii and New York. Please review all plan terms and coverage before purchasing.
The property does not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers, or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over 25 unless traveling as a family. Reservations made under false pretenses may result in eviction and forfeiture of advance rent and deposits.
Owner storage spaces are securely locked and are not available for guest access.

Stunning Sunsets and Perfect Beachfront Getaway

The condo was just steps from the beach, offering breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets every day. The pool was conveniently close, and the condo itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable for a two-bedroom. We had an absolutely wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This was by far my favorite stay on Belleair Beach! The view is absolutely stunning — just steps away from the ocean. The beach equipment and heated pool were perfect touches. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything I needed to cook and enjoy dinner with friends while watching the sunset from the patio. It was a gorgeous, comfortable, and well-equipped space. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful vacation At Belleair Beach. This condo is just as advertised. Sure clean, beautiful and in the perfect location . Just a short walk to beach. There were plenty of towels and supplies. beach time rental was very responsive. We would definitely rent here again if we come back.
