Welcome to Vista Mar, a charming two-story beachfront home in Redington Beach designed for relaxed coastal getaways. With 2,500 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and room for up to 10 guests, this home offers plenty of space for families and groups to gather by the Gulf.

Enjoy beach views from inside the home and from the large balconies on both levels. Step outside to feel the sea breeze, take in the sunsets, or simply relax with the shoreline just steps from your door.

Open-Concept Living with Beach Views

The ground level features an open layout with a comfortable living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Large windows bring the beach views into the main gathering space, creating an inviting setting for meals, movie nights, and quality time together.

This level also includes a laundry room and a full bathroom with a shower for added convenience during your stay.

Three Bedrooms with Balcony Access

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor and offer access to the beachfront balcony.

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed and one twin bed, accommodating up to three guests. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub and separate shower.
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed and one twin bed.
Third Bedroom: Two queen-size beds.
Hallway Bathroom: Shower and convenient access for the second and third bedrooms.

The home comfortably accommodates a total of 10 guests.

Direct Beach Access and Outdoor Views

Vista Mar sits directly on the beach, giving your group immediate access to the sand and water. Spend your days swimming, walking the shoreline, or relaxing on the balconies with panoramic coastal views.

The beachfront balconies are ideal for outdoor dining, morning coffee, sunset watching, or unwinding after a day in Redington Beach.

Important Details Before Booking

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
This property is not pet friendly.
A maximum of 3 vehicles is permitted.
The garage is locked for owner storage and is not available for guest use.
Pool heat is available from October through April for $35 per day plus taxes, heated up to 85°F.
Spa heat is available from October through April for $15 per day plus taxes.
Travel insurance is available through Generali, except for Hawaii and New York.

This was my retirement vacation, and we had two other couples join us. It could not have been better. The home was perfect. Waking up and walking directly onto the beach for morning walks was amazing. After relaxing in the sun and watching dolphins, it was wonderful to come back and enjoy the pool. The home is close to restaurants and shopping, which was a plus. Communication with the rental staff was great — they were always just a call away. It was one of my best vacations.

The location to the beach cannot be beat! It has stunning views and is right on the beach. Very private, quiet, non-party scene area. Great restaurants within walking distance. Lots of space in the home, and plenty of swim towels were provided. The Keurig, ice machine, and blender were appreciated. Lovely top-floor balcony for sunsets.

This was a great property for our family! 3 adult couples had plenty of room!!! The large Kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Beds are comfortable! Master bathroom is large and has a walk-in closet. The decor could use some updating. But the views throughout the home are spectacular! We enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai listening to the serine sound of the gentle gulf waves! Steps away from the beach!! In a residential area of Redington Beach so it was literally like having a private beach!!!! The management company was second to none! Top notch!!! Amazing communication! Absolutely wonderful family vacation! I highly recommend this property!!

Overall

Overall great place to stay. The house was clean, spacious and just steps away from the ocean. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We loved the location, it was a quiet spot but at the same time close to all the restaurants and shops. The beach was very clean and the water was warm. The only thing that could’ve made our stay even better was if the grass was cut. We had our 1 year old with us so we would’ve been able to enjoy the yard more. Other than that no complains, great stay and we would definitely book it again :)
