Our East Shore Cottage No. 482 is nestled in the heart of the tourist district offering modern accommodations designed for any kind of vacationer. This beautiful beach cottage is within walking distance to the beach, beach shops and restaurants.

This inviting getaway is perfect for a small family or couples looking to spend some time in the sun!

Experience this unique combination of beach charm, elevated service and sophisticated amenities and get ready to relax, unwind and create memories that will last a lifetime!

This newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat boasts a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials and stainless steel appliances, and table seating for 5 guests and an elevated bar area that hosts seating for another 3 guests. In the evenings, kick back, relax, and watch TV in the comfortable living area or on the outside patio complete with a BBQ grill.

The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. The primary bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a shower.

A complete laundry room is right off the patio area.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Spend your day walking along the pristine white sandy beach which is just a block away from this beautiful beach cottage. There are many other activities just steps outside this street. Our rental property is located in a central area walking distance to the Pier, restaurants and much more.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

BTR’s was my life saver during my week stay in Clearwater. I had another reservation that ended very fast due to the cleanliness of the townhouse. Luckily I found Frenchy’s Cottage and I can’t thank their staff enough for getting me booked last minute. Mona is the sweetest and gave me her personal phone number to make sure everything was perfect and that I enjoyed my stay. She was a blessing and treated me like family. I will never forget her generosity and how much she helped us. There was scheduling conflicts with the units but she squeezed me in even though we had to move from the pink cottage to the yellow we didn’t mind a bit. Both units are so cute and had everything we needed. The beach accessories were a huge plus. The beds were so comfortable and both units are decorated so cute. I loved having my own machines to do laundry. The Frenchy Cottage’s are in a very quiet area but close enough to walk just about anywhere. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants , stores , the marina and Pier 60. You can’t go wrong booking your vacation with a local company that treats you like they’ve known you forever. Thanks to Mona and her coworkers again for being so patient with me and my last minute late night reservation
