The condo includes a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals at home, along with a dining area that seats four guests.

The family room provides a comfortable place to relax and watch a movie after a day at the beach. Panoramic Gulf views add to the coastal setting throughout your stay.

Enjoy the Gulf views from the condo and relax beside the beautifully landscaped shared pool overlooking the water.

We have been to Indian Rocks Beach several times. It is one our favorite locations for relaxing at the beach. This condo was spacious and comfortable for our week stay. The views can’t be beat! Only time we needed our car was to cross the bridge for groceries. Julian with Beach Time was quick to return our calls when needing clarification on entry code or elevator acesss. Hope to return again soon!

We have stayed at several condos in IRB. This one was the best by far! The owner has thought of everything. It’s very well furnished and supplied. And you can’t beat the location! Highly recommend!!

Picked this rental for view (outstanding), and a heated pool. The pool was not heated ( heater broken). Needs new mattresses - otherwise, excellent. Would stay there again.

A beautiful view of the gulf from the large balcony. Well supplied kitchen with wonderful view of gulf.
Safe and secure entrance into the building . Great location with restaurants in walking distance.
