The bedrooms are adorned with high-end furniture, ensuring your comfort and style are always prioritized. Primary bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bath that has a shower. Second bedroom has a full bunk bed – perfect for kids and an additional Queen size bed. The second bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that features a tub/shower combo.

Sonrisa building is located in Belleair Beach and it has a shared pool and easy beach access.

Watch the sunsets from your private patio overlooking the pool and the pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This 14-unit complex, located directly on the Gulf, is quiet and tranquil yet family friendly. From peace and quiet, we provide everything to make you feel at home.

No pets allowed in this property, no exceptions!

The pool is not heated during winter months

This is a small, quiet residential community so no loud parties are allowed.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Steps from the beach w/a great view from the patio. Super quiet, private & relaxing. Feels brand new. Furnishings and appliances all top notch. We had everything we needed. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. The host properly prepared us and quickly responded to all inquiries.

We loved our stay. My wife and I felt right at home with our 3 very young kids. I think this is an awesome place for a couple or family looking to relax and get away from all the crazyness. The beds were very comfortable. The pace was very well lit and bright. The view was perfect. It’s on the bottom floor so I didn’t have to worry about kids on a balcony. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals.
