Description

Ground-Floor 2-Bedroom Condo for Up to 4 Guests

Welcome to Seascape 5, a comfortable ground-floor beachfront condo in North Redington Beach.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat accommodates up to four guests and is part of a small 14-unit community situated approximately 50 feet from the beach. The Gulf, landscaped grounds and lush gardens create a peaceful setting for an extended coastal stay.

Comfortable Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes the essentials needed for meals at home, while the dining area seats four guests.

The comfortable living room offers Gulf views and sliding glass doors that lead toward the beach. A full-size washer and dryer are also located inside the condo for added convenience.

Bedrooms and Bathroom Layout

Seascape 5 offers two bedrooms:

  • Primary bedroom: King-size bed and shower
  • Second bedroom: Two twin beds
  • Second bathroom: Tub/shower combination

The condo accommodates up to four guests.

Gulf Views and Steps-to-the-Beach Access

Glass doors open toward the Gulf view, creating a direct connection to the beach setting.

From the living room sliders, guests are only steps from the sand—ideal for morning walks, sunset strolls and relaxed days by the water.

Heated Pool in a Quiet 14-Unit Community

The complex features a heated pool with pool deck, loungers, tables and chairs.

This amenity is shared exclusively by the 14 residences in the community, creating a more private-feeling setting for poolside relaxation.

Monthly Rental and HOA Requirements

Seascape 5 is available for monthly rentals only.

The HOA requires an internal background check for each reservation. An HOA lease is also required in addition to the rental contract to grant access.
