Welcome to Aldea 3, a peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo in Belleair Beach. Comfortably accommodating up to six guests, this inviting ground-floor vacation rental is an excellent choice for small families, couples traveling together and snowbirds seeking a relaxing Florida Gulf Coast stay.

With comfortable interiors, a covered beachfront patio and direct access to the sand, Aldea 3 makes it easy to enjoy every moment by the water.

Comfortable Living, Dining and Kitchen Areas

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. The dining table seats six guests, while the kitchen counter provides seating for three more.

The extra counter space can also serve as a convenient workspace for guests who need to work remotely during their vacation.

The living room features comfortable leather sofas and a flat-screen TV, creating a welcoming place to unwind after a day at the beach.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

This Belleair Beach condo offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms:

Primary bedroom: King-size bed and private ensuite bathroom
Second bedroom: Queen-size bed
Third bedroom: Two twin beds
Hallway bathroom: Tub and shower combination

The layout comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

The unit was exactly as described and very comfortable throughout the stay. One of the highlights is how incredibly close it is to the beach — you truly couldn’t ask for a better location for easy beach access.The heated pool was a great addition and made the experience even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was also excellent, with quick responses whenever needed, which made the stay smooth and relaxing overall.

Cozy condo in a fantastic beachfront location! The view and proximity to the beach were incredible. The primary bedroom had great storage, and the living room and dining space were very open and comfortable—we loved looking out at the beautiful ocean. The patio was a great bonus, and we appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and towels provided. Overall, a great complex and a wonderful stay!

Amazing location!! Made so many wonderful memories here — want to come back every year. I sure do miss waking up to the sound of the waves and the beautiful sight of the ocean right outside our door! We also met a lot of really lovely people who were also staying there — some are regulars who come back every year. Our kids even exchanged emails with other kids they met! Can’t say enough — it was everything we imagined and more. Thank you!!

Excellent location in quiet, residential neighborhood. Felt like a safe location. Just steps from back patio to beach for shell collecting, watching dolphins, strolling the beautiful sand beach. Condo was well-equipped, TVs in each bedroom, charcoal grill on the back patio. Property manager did a fantastic job of keeping us informed of what to expect before/during our stay and at check-out. There were 6 adults in our group, no issues at all in sharing this condo space. Would definitely recommend this rental to others.

the apartment is very well located. It is a very quiet area, actually speakers are not even allowed near pool! The apartment is very well stocked with anything you need for cooking! The space is inviting and I would love to rent again in the spring!

Our stay was fantastic! The place has many amenities, is sparkling clean, the beach is private, the area is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The host is responsive. There is much to do and plenty of good food around (check out KC’s Sunshine Grill close by in Redington Beach). Book your stay here! We can’t wait to return, and you won’t regret it!

The condo was perfect for our family event. The area was quiet and peaceful. It was right on the beach. We walked a few steps to the beach to swim and watch the sunsets. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs/toys. Bedding was comfortable. Tons of room to unpack our bags and settle in for a week.

The condo had everything you need to enjoy your stay and relax. Have coffee on the patio and watch for dolphins swimming by. A few steps to the beach and watch the sunset! The location is amid a quiet residential area. The condo was clean and very well maintained. The manager and owner were very responsive and filled us in on everything we needed to know before our arrival, during our stay and before check out. Definitely would recommend!!

Beautiful condo on Belleaire Beach, just a few steps to the ocean ! Beach was beautiful and clean, great location to Clearwater beach and many restaurants in either Clearwater or Indian Rocks.

Great location! Very private. Great kitchen supplies. Honest cleaning staff as I left behind various diamond jewelry and beach time rentals returned it all. Love working with beach time rentals—very courteous and helpful. Lots of beach chairs. Slight musty smell.

Location was perfect. No crowds and many times the beach was all ours. Nice and quiet away from the touristy noise if Clearwater and a Indian Rocks. Highly recommend and would love to go back. Wish check out was later than 10am.
