Our Westwinds Paradise Beach House is located in an exquisite gated community of seven homes nestled on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico.

This gorgeous Florida Beach house is located just three houses away from the beach, where you can be on the sand steps away.

Our vacation rental is a glorious 4-bedroom 4-bathroom vacation home featuring 3 levels and 3100 sq ft. (There are two main suites for your enjoyment.)

This is unquestionably one of Indian Rocks Beach loveliest homes. This spectacular home features upscale furnishings and amazing attention to detail.

Our vacation home consists of two primary suites, 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 2 Trundle beds (4 Twins) - to comfortably accommodate 12 guests.

The main level of our Westwinds Paradise Home consists of a primary suite that features a King bed and a Trundle-bed (2 Twins), private full bathroom and access to the private pool. The washer and dryer are also located on the first level.

The 2nd level consists of a surprisingly large living area, dining area and kitchen. Second level also features a half bath.

Dining room table seats up to 8 with buffet table on side-wall. Kitchen/dining rooms are separated from the living room by a kitchen counter with 4 stools.

There is a wonderful mix of elegance and simplicity. The living room is a fabulous retreat to relax and watch a movie after a day at the beach. There is a large balcony on the second level off of the living area.

The 3rd level of this beautiful home is unlike anything you've ever seen as it features 2 Full bedrooms, one full bathroom and a second primary suite with a private bathroom.

This second primary suite has a King Bed, Trundle (2 Twins), his & hers California Closets, 37" Flat Screen TV and access to a second large balcony. This Awesome main bathroom features a large Jacuzzi tub as well as a large walk in shower.

Also on the 3rd level, you will find the third and fourth bedrooms. The third bedroom has a King bed, California Closet and a 21-inch flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed and a California Closet. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

This great property sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably in absolute luxury.

This beach house is an impressive vacation rental in the Indian Rocks Beach area. It's a perfect vacation retreat for large groups, family get-togethers and corporate retreats.

Get your toes in the sand for a sunset on the white powdery sand, or the balconies that have spectacular views and where there is plenty of comfortable seating to sit back and enjoy.

Once you visit our Westwinds Paradise Beach Home, you'll want to return year after year.

Our great home comes with a private plunge pool and area that is unsurpassed! Access to the pool is through the main suite on the first level or through the garage. Size of plunge pool: Length is 16ft - width is 6ft and approx 4 1/2 deep. The pool area has lounge chairs for you to enjoy.

Overall our Westwinds Paradise vacation rental is the ultimate in beach luxury.

Details to keep in mind:
Please keep in mind that the HOA allows 2 vehicles to be parked inside the garage only. Large SUVs will not completely fit inside the garage (garage door will not close) but you can still park them there.
Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Nov to Apr.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

The house was great for our party of 8. The beds were comfortable the location was fantastic. The showers had great water pressure and heat. It was walking distance to restaurants and shops. We loved the little Italian restaurant directly across the street. Overall we loved the vacation and are thinking about coming back next year!

We enjoyed our week long stay very much. There was plenty of space for our two families to come together or find time alone inside or out on the porches. The kitchen is well stocked and great for making big meals. The beds are comfortable and the separate air conditioners and fans for each level are helpful for keeping cool after the beach. Overall, we were happy to have made the investment on a wonderful Spring Break.

We had an excellent stay. The house was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed for our young kids. The beach is beautiful and private not crowded at all. Our house manager Joanie was very responsive and friendly. There is a trolley that stops right outside the house and takes you to neighboring areas. Just a short 10 minute ride to Clearwater beach. I would highly recommend. Absolutely loved our stay!

Our stay was amazing. The property is just as described. There was enough room for all 12 of us. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was gorgeous. Local food was fantastic and waits were not long. I highly recommend Keegan’s Seafood! YUM! The local rental company was super easy to work with and manager was able to answer all our questions or needs fast. For sure would rent with this property management company again. House was clean and had everything we needed:) Joiane was amazing as a contact. Very knowledgeable and super great to work with. Only issue we had was getting our cars in and out of the garage as the owners of the house across from us always had guests parked outside of their garage. We did not even notify the rental property as we just managed and made it work. Great House, company and beach. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved the house we rented through BTR. Plenty of room for our family of 12. The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need to make meals. The location was perfect. Just steps away from the best beach. Easy walk down and back.

The manager Joiane we worked with was great with communication and we received information needed in a timely manager. Lots of great restaurant options need the house. Close to everything. We will absolutely come back.

Only issue was trying to get in and out of the garage with the people parking in the driveway across the street but we just took our time. Nothing to complain about. Thanks again.

Beautiful accommodations and very spacious living space, bedrooms and porches. Beds comfortable. It was so nice with small children to access beach easily. Great washroom access off porch . We wish pool had been larger. Also houses were much closer together than expected and definitely not enough parking (only 2 cars allowed) for a 4 bedroom house! We wish we had paid attention to that detail before booking since we had several adult children traveling from different states to vacation with us. And there’s absolutely no overnight community parking around town!! No one was helpful with that either. We parked 2 cars at the airport 20 minutes away all week. Insufficient ice supply with one refrigerator , so had to buy lots more.

Definitely need to steam clean the floor better. Ceramic floors were dirty. Had to wear shoes to avoid dirty feet. Other than that it was very nice and relaxing.

The rental was a great size for my family, 7 adults one child, and really could fit more. The property agent was accommodating to us needing a third car because of family medical issues. A few things could improve it - (1) full size ironing board, just for ease of use (2) wifi extenders. The one major issue we had the entire time was the TVs upstairs and downstairs did not ever have good or consistent signals, so wifi needs to improve. The Property manager did respond quickly when we had trouble with the stove top and water, and accidently locked a bathroom door. It is very close to the beach making being with small children perfect and the beach isnt overly populated making it even better. The pool is very small but honestly it was perfect for us and my 2.5 yr old. The porch was wonderful to have, it was the first time our family had such a large outdoor dining area and we used it daily. Great location, definitely will book again!

No beach equipment was offered with the house. This was not stated on the site. There was three chairs in a closet of the garage and two were broken as was the umbrella. The location to the beach was ideal. Beautiful home, spacious and very comfortable for a large group. Easy access to the gated community, garage and house with keyless entry. Beach time rentals texted all the information the day of the arrival. Several great restaurants less then a mile from the house and a French bakery for coffee and breakfast.

Our family of 10 had an awesome time! This rental has a great location and is equipped with everything you need. Just steps from the beach but away from the hustle and traffic of some of the other island areas. The two suites were perfect. Our son, DIL and their two boys stayed in one and out 3 teenage granddaughters the other. It worked out perfect. Very nice home!!

Love the area of Indian Rocks Beach. Really close to Clearwater Beach, Dunedin and all the beaches south. House is as advertised. Plenty of room for 9 adults. Parking can be a bit tight but we made it work.

We had Grandma and Grandpa in king bedroom son and daughter-in-law with 6 and 8 year old in bungalow, daughter and son-in-law with 2 year old in queen bedroom and small bedroom with packnplay and trundle. Inside very good stocked kitchen and even some toys for 2 year old. Outside beautiful pool, covered patio with beautiful landscaping, small refrigerator and ice machine and huge TV. We lived outside almost all day and night. So close to walk to beach. Went there alot in the mornings and every night for sunset. Perfect family vacation spot!

Think it's hard to please 9 ladies? Not at Westwinds Paradise Beach House! Every one of us loved the house, location, cleanliness, and helpfulness of the property management. With restaurants and live music within walking distance, gorgeous beach just steps away, dipping pool on premises, it was fabulous! Having no car, the trolley stop at the end of the driveway was perfect, we got a group weekend rate, headed south a few minutes for shopping, drinking, dining. We all agree we'd stay here again. Well done!

Our experience was amazing! we had some trouble with airbnb double booking our house and Heidi, the host of our house was the best help when Airbnb wouldn’t respond to us. She had this property open and offered for us to stay here instead. She was a lifesaver! The house is beautiful and was perfect for our big group. With a private gate to the beach, a heated pool, and fully stocked kitchen, it was perfect!

AMAZING LOCATION AND HOUSE!!!! The house is so well stocked from the kitchen to the towels to some beach gear in the garage. It was so peaceful and relaxing and you really are on the beach. You are very close to all things Clearwater (<13 minutes) but with a better more private beach. Joanie was amazing and responsive and we also went to the Paris cafe just a quick walk down the street because one of the other reviews and it was amazing!!!

Our family had the best time staying at this property. The beach access was absolutely key as there were a few small children, so going back and forth to the house was a breeze. There was plenty of space to hang out between the living room, pool area, and numerous balconies. Walking distance to the gas station and coffee shops. The pool was small, but it was fine for a couple adults and children to swim in at a time. The kitchen was stocked up with all the cooking utensils one could possibly need. There was also some beach toys, chairs, towels, cooler, etc. It really was such a pleasant stay!

A group of 10 got together for a girls weekend! The location was perfect with a very, very short walk to the beach. We ate at Cafe de Paris every morning, which is a few blocks away. We were limited to how many cars can park at the house. However, we found 24/7 beach access parking for the remaining cars that were not a block down the road. We would book at this Airbnb again!

This house is amazing. There's barely a walk to the private beach, the pool is refreshing upon your return, and the house is gorgeous for when you come back. Plenty of space in every room and a spacious dining room and living room for evenings together. Highly recommend this house if you are looking to stay in the area. Also, very close to great places to eat JIC you don't cook in the kitchen.

We stayed here during a family vacation and absolutely loved it! There was so much space for everyone to find their own space and we loved the two balcony areas. The pool was small and very cold because we didn’t pay to heat it during our May vacation. I would recommend heating it if you have small children. Beach access was very close and great restaurants within walking distance. We had a great trip here!

The house was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Fantastic location and just steps to the beach. The beach in this area was not over crowded at all. The pictures of the pool are somewhat misleading as it is only about the size of a large hot tub. A lot of stairs in the house as it is 3 levels. The WiFi was very slow and would not support more then one tv at a time. Just trying show the good with the bad, but would stay again.....maybe one of the houses with a larger pool though.

We stayed with 2 of our granddaughters & our son for spring break in March.
We like the location of the house as there are restaurants close by as well as a publix. Traffic was not a real issue. We visited the Tampa Zoo & Florida aquarium for day trips. Those were 45 mins to an hour.
I like the layout of the house with bedrooms on the 3rd level & lower level. Plenty of room to eat. The kitchen was well supplied. The beds were comfortable. The master shower gets bright with a lot of east sun in the am. The pools is small but fine for 2 small girls.
The only real issue is parking. The garages are tight for an SUV & if there is more than 2 vehicles, I don't know what you do because you can not park in the driveway because it blocks access to the other 6 houses.

Not only was this amazing rental home spacious, secure, private and modern, there were none of the annoying items you have with a normal Florida condo--elevators, key for pool entry, entry. The enclosed 2 1/2 car garage with a bay for beach chairs and toys was very convenient! Although the swimming pool is small, it entertained our grandkids and was worth the $35 a day heating fee. The wrap around third floor deck that has a view of the Gulf is PERFECT for the evening cocktail hour.
Beach Realty, who handles the maintenance, was very easy to communicate with and responded immediate to questions and concerns.
We spent the one chilly day at a nature park down the street which the adults enjoyed as much as the children.
There are plenty of pots & pans, coffee makers, toaster, plates, silverware & knives, but bring a griddle, crockpot, or other specialty items yourself if wanted.
We HIGHlY recommend this rental!!

We LOVE this house! It was the second time we stayed there and we all loved it! My favorite part is that it’s so close to the beach, so it’s not a hassle to go back and forth. The house is nice and clean and there’s lots of room for everyone. It’s on my list as a favorite go-to for sure & I can’t wait to go back!

The house is the furthest from the beach and next to the main road, but it's still a perfect location for enjoying the beach, and we weren't bothered by any road noise. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the whole house was very clean and well equiped.
