Very unique property with a main house offering 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and a cottage with a primary suite with one bathroom. 1900 sq ft in total and accommodating 12 guests.

The coastal accents create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere throughout the home.

As you walk into the main house you will find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a large island with counter seating for 4 guests.

This home is just stunning! The open living space with a sectional, flat screen tv, 2 accent chairs and large sliders that lead you to your spacious pool deck.

The main house offers a primary suite with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower and a large walk in closet. The primary suite also has doors leading to pool deck.

The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Washer and dryer are located in a small nook off of the kitchen.

The 1 bedroom cottage is located behind the property and it features a second primary suite with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The cottage features a living room with a sleeper sofa and a flat screen tv as well as a morning bar.

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was very clean and as displayed in pictures. The beach is very close(5 min walk) which we loved. The pool was clean. We even went fishing off the dock. There is a putting green which was a fun little extra. The separate guest house in the back yard was such a nice addition and offered privacy. We will definitely be keeping this listing on our list of places we would stay again. The hosts were very responsive to all our needs. Thank you for a fun relaxing stay.

Our stay at this property was fantastic! The location is unbeatable The house is spacious, with plenty of room for our entire group. The host Beach Time Rentals was super helpful and responsive, offering great suggestions for local beach rentals and activities. The entire booking process was smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back for another beach vacation!

Not only is it close to the beach (a short walk made it easy to head there any time), but it also has all the necessary amenities, from a fully equipped kitchen to a lovely patio for evening relaxation.
