Renovated Waterfront Retreat for Up to 12 Guests

Welcome to Waterfront Paradise Palms, a newly renovated coastal home in Indian Rocks Beach. This unique 1,900-square-foot property includes a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath main house and a separate one-bedroom cottage with its own bathroom.

With accommodations for up to 12 guests, it is a comfortable option for families, friends, or groups seeking both shared space and added privacy. The beach is just a five-minute walk away.

Open Living and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The main house features an open, inviting living space with a sectional sofa, two accent chairs, flat-screen TV, and large sliding doors leading directly to the pool deck.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island with seating for four guests. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in a small nook off the kitchen.

Main House and Private Cottage

The main house offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

Main House Primary Suite: King-size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower, and direct access to the pool deck.
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Third Bedroom: Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination.
Cottage Primary Suite: King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Located behind the main house, the private cottage also includes a living room with a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and morning bar.

Private Pool, Spa and Waterfront Dock

The backyard is designed for memorable outdoor days, with lush tropical landscaping, a spacious turf play area, loungers, and a large outdoor dining space.

Enjoy the brand-new private pool with a sun shelf for relaxing or playtime, then unwind in the spa after a day at the beach. The waterfront setting also includes a private dock that can accommodate a boat up to 30 feet.

Five-Minute Walk to Indian Rocks Beach

Waterfront Paradise Palms combines a peaceful waterfront setting with convenient access to Indian Rocks Beach. Take a short five-minute walk to the sand, then return to your private pool, spa, and outdoor lounge area.

Important Details Before Booking

Maximum occupancy: 12 guests.
Pool heat is available from October through April for $35 per day plus taxes.
Spa heat is available from October through April for $15 per day plus taxes.
The private dock can accommodate boats up to 30 feet.
Dock use is available for $199 plus taxes.
Boat lift use is not available.
Trailers cannot be accommodated on the property.

We had an amazing stay and created wonderful family memories here. The short walk to the beach made it easy to enjoy the coast every day, while the pool and dock provided plenty of entertainment for everyone. The separate guest house was a fantastic addition, giving our family extra comfort and flexibility. The hosts were attentive and accommodating, and we would happily stay here again.

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was very clean and as displayed in pictures. The beach is very close(5 min walk) which we loved. The pool was clean. We even went fishing off the dock. There is a putting green which was a fun little extra. The separate guest house in the back yard was such a nice addition and offered privacy. We will definitely be keeping this listing on our list of places we would stay again. The hosts were very responsive to all our needs. Thank you for a fun relaxing stay.
