Waterfront Treasure Trove is a distinctive waterfront retreat made up of four private condo units, each thoughtfully designed with 4 spacious bedrooms and plenty of room to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the Florida coast in comfort.

The Waterfront Mermaid captures the magical charm of the Intracoastal, blending contemporary style with comfort and stunning water views. With its generous floor plan and serene surroundings, this waterfront beauty is designed to exceed expectations.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious, light-filled living room—perfect for gathering with family or friends. The well-appointed kitchen features a large island and stainless steel appliances, offering everything you need to cook and connect. Enjoy meals together at the dining table for 8, with views that make every bite more memorable.

When the day winds down, retreat to one of four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own TV for added privacy and relaxation.

This light and airy condo offers a well-maintained interior and thoughtfully arranged sleeping spaces for your comfort. The Primary bedroom features a King bed and a private en suite bathroom, creating a relaxing personal retreat.

The second bedroom also has a King bed and access to its own private balcony, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee. The third bedroom has a King bed.

The fourth bedroom is ideal for families or groups, offering a Queen bed along with Twin bunk beds. Additional conveniences include a hallway bath with a tub/shower combo and an extra half bath for added ease during your stay.

There are 2.5 bathrooms. The ensuite bathroom offers a shower. Hallway bath features a tub/shower combo and an additional half bath in the hallway.

Guest parking is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis and is not guaranteed.

-There are 2 boat docks with shore power and water available
-Dock water levels typically around 8 ft, but this can change with changing tides
-1 dock spot for a boat up to 50', $199 + taxes per week
- We cannot accommodate trailers on the property

Our group had a lovely stay at this Treasure Island home. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the cozy circle chair in the living room. The pool and dock area were gorgeous, and we were lucky enough to see dolphins a few times. Having kayaks and a paddle board was the perfect bonus. Overall, an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Treasure Island with two families of 5. Plenty of room to spread out and we saw dolphins everyday. Fished off the docks and rented a boat which we kept on the property for the week. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful rental! We had two families in one unit and it was perfect. The water is breathtaking, everyday all day we watched dolphins swim, the kids fished as often as they could and caught a ton of fish. Home was super clean, communication was great, would recommend!

We had a family of 9 and loved our stay at Mermaid Cove. The condo was very spacious and clean. It is close to a dog park and the beach. The bicycles, paddle boards and kayaks were enjoyed tremendously by my family. The pool is such a nice treat after a hot day at the beach. Groceries and Dunkin’ Donuts close by as well as other great places to eat. We hope to stay here again next year!

We loved our stay! The spacious four bedroom condo accommodated my extended family well. Each couple had their own bedroom, and since it the bedrooms are in a line (versus clustered together), it helped keep the noise from traveling between all the bedrooms. The patio was a big hit- we loved to relax and take in the views of the pool and the intercoastal. The beach was only about a five minute walk or a one minute drive (can park in the public beach lot). We especially appreciated the easy check out process- nothing to do but leave with our belongings :)

We love staying here! It’s spacious, clean, quiet and has the most wonderful views! And it’s across the street from the most beautiful beach and sunsets. The only thing I would say is that gas grills could use a little TLC. One didn’t work, and the other one was so hot it burnt everything (wasn’t able to control heat). Also, dishwasher wasn’t working during our stay.

My group and I had a great time! Perfectly sized for groups of 8-12. The house and pool are very well maintained. The location is also great. Very close to Publix, Walgreen’s, and a number of restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

what a beautiful condo with everything you need right there! We loved the view of the lanai. Overlooking the pool you will see dolphins and we even saw a few manatees.
The condo was very nicely decorated and well stocked with everything.
If I could make one suggest it might be to remove the one chair and maybe add a love seat or add another chair. For the size condo , it could allow for one more chair. There are plenty of dining chairs... but maybe just one more comfy one for tv viewing.
The location is perfect.... a short walk to some restaurants, groceries, and beach!

This rental is in the perfect location. Walking distance to Publix grocery store, many restaurants and the beach. The house, pool and grounds were very clean. The canal being in the backyard was beautiful and we saw dolphins and other wildlife every day. I would definitely vacation here again and recommend this rental.
