Cook together in the well-appointed kitchen, featuring a spacious island and sleek stainless steel appliances—perfect for preparing everything from casual bites to full family meals. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table for 8and enjoy mealtime memories with a view.

At the end of the day, retreat to one of four comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV, offering everyone a private space to relax and recharge.

This light and airy condo features a well-maintained interior and thoughtful layout designed for comfort and convenience. The Primary bedroom offers a King bed and a private en suite bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat.

The second bedroom also features a King bed and opens onto its own private balcony—perfect for morning coffee or evening breezes. The third bedroom has a King bed.

The fourth bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests, offering two Twin beds and a set of Full-over-Full bunk beds.

There are 2.5 bathrooms. The ensuite bathroom offers a shower. Hallway bath features a tub/shower combo and an additional half bath in the hallway.

Additional conveniences include a private washer and dryer, dock access with shore power and water, and a beach just minutes away, making your stay as effortless as it is enjoyable.

Guest parking is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis and is not guaranteed.

-There are 2 boat docks with shore power and water available
-Dock water levels typically around 8 ft, but this can change with changing tides
-1 dock spot for a boat up to 50', $199 + taxes per week
- We cannot accommodate trailers on the property

Perfect Location, Comfortable Beds & Easy Beach Access

Our group of eight absolutely loved the location. Each adult couple having a king-size bed was a huge plus and made the stay especially comfortable. The pool looked clean and inviting, and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Everything we needed was close by—we enjoyed walking the beach and dining at nearby restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view! Having the boat dock was so convenient, with electricity and water available to rinse off after a fun day out on the water. We also loved the pool and BBQ area, complete with pool toys and beach chairs. The beach is just two blocks away and Publix right around the corner — truly a perfect location for a family trip. We can’t wait to come back!

Such a relaxing stay! We loved the pool, the comfy beds, and watching dolphins in the bay morning and evening. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and even a fun arcade – perfect getaway!

Perfect spot to relax with the family! Everything was conveniently close — the beach was just a 6-minute walk, Publix was right around the corner, and the pool was fantastic. Overall, definitely a 10/10 stay.

Great open space, relaxing with plenty of sleeping options. Slept 9 comfortably. Great deck with views of inter coastal waterway. Many passing dolphins especially in the morning hours.

We had a large group of family stay for my birthday bash. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, easy access to the causeway and supplies. Beach access was a short walk away. The pool was phenomenal. We saw a dolphin swimming in the bay on the first day. Four bedrooms were great to have with the adult gang we had. Full Kitchen set up was great even though we didn’t cook we still made use of essential kitchen items. Some things to remember zero condiments are provided. Not even salt and pepper. Maybe the host could provide salt and pepper packets in the “upon arrival essentials”. Or a vending machine with some essential condiment packets. Who wants to buy a container of ketchup, mayo or mustard for a four day trip? We enjoyed the balcony view of the bay. It gave us extended living space and room. All in all. Great stay! Worth it.

This home was perfect, no complaints at all. Myself and children, and my siblings, nieces and nephews went for a family vacation and this place did not disappoint. We saw dolphins, manatees, sun and fun. The house was clean, spacious and close to everything. I will come again!!!

The property was amazing. Clean inside and out. There was plenty of room for the party of 11 staying in our unit. The pool was large and there were plenty of lounge chairs for all. We saw dolphins daily and even had a manatee swim under our dock. Overall we had an amazing vacation and would definitely return.

Very clean, awesome balcony with water view is a big plus, great location for walking to the beach. Loved paddling out right from the backyard into the waterway. Only downsides were that the pool was cold and the house is a bit noisy (no rugs, and outside you are dependent upon nice neighbors in the other units).

We had a family vacation with 12 of my family members ranging from ages 1-60. The Condo was great, accommodated all of us from the right amount of beds, bathrooms, and just space. Nothing was more relaxing hanging out on the patio off the condo whether it was drinking our morning coffee or enjoying a cocktail after sunset. The pool was very clean and perfect for morning/afternoon sunshine. The kayaks were amazing as we were 10 feet from 3 dolphins one morning! We would also take the bikes out multiple times a day to bike to Publix in a pinch, or just to the local beach a spot! 12/10 would recommend staying here!!
