Spacious 5-Bedroom Beachfront Home for Up to 12 Guests

Welcome to Turtleback Beach House, a three-level beachfront retreat designed for family vacations and groups seeking a direct connection to the Gulf.

With five bedrooms, approximately 3,000 square feet, a swim spa, recreation room and room for up to 12 guests, this home provides plenty of space for gathering, relaxing and enjoying beach days right outside the back door.

Open Living, Dining and Large Family Kitchen

The second level features the main open-concept kitchen, dining and living areas.

The well-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, two full ovens, microwave, dishwasher, two refrigerators and outdoor dishes for balcony dining. The dining table seats 10 guests, with seating for four more at the counter and four at the high-top table in the breakfast area.

The great room includes a large sofa, large TV, beach views and access to the Gulf-front balcony.

Bedrooms and Bathroom Layout

All five bedrooms are located on the third level:

Primary bedroom: King-size bed, private bathroom and access to the Gulf-front balcony
Bedroom two: Queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom and balcony access
Bedroom three: King-size bed and balcony access
Bedroom four: Queen-size bed and access to Gulf-front balcony
Children’s bedroom: Full-size bunk beds
Hallway bathroom: Shared by three bedrooms

The main level also includes one full bathroom and one half bathroom.

The home accommodates up to 12 guests.

Swim Spa, Recreation Room and Gulf-View Balconies

The swim spa is ready for guest use, providing another place to relax after a beach day.

The recreation room next to the breakfast area includes a pool table, games and books. A large Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer are also available.

Multiple balconies on the second and third levels provide beautiful beach and Gulf views. The main balcony includes covered seating, a picnic table and chaise loungers facing the beach.

Direct Beach Access and Outdoor Living

Step out the back door and onto the beach. The direct beachfront location makes it easy to enjoy morning walks, swimming, sunsets, night fishing and crab hunting without leaving the property.

Near Dining, Shopping and the Jolley Trolley

The home is located near restaurants, beach bars, shopping and Publix, with St. Pete Beach only a short drive away.

A nearby Jolley Trolley stop provides an easy way to explore the surrounding beach communities.

The Turtleback Beach House was the perfect spot for our family of seven! The open living area, spacious kitchen, and large dining table made it easy to enjoy time together. Having two refrigerators was a great bonus, and the pool table and hot tub added so much fun to our stay. We loved the beautiful Gulf views, and even though the beach was wide, the peaceful vibe made it all worth it. Plus, there were plenty of great seafood spots nearby. 10/10 — we’ll definitely be back!

Used the kitchen for breakfast. Fished with Charters out of O'Neil’s Marina. Enjoyed amazing sunsets on the beach. Walked to dinner at Middle Grounds and Sloppy Joe’s. Walked for nightlife at Ricky T’s. Great trip.

Beautiful in so many ways: the house fantastic, the location very convenient (walked to Publix for very little exercise! so close), the beach fantastic and we're grateful we had wonderful weather for the whole week - I swam every morning and the family played in the calm waters morning and evening! Very good. All very well kept and appointed given likely frequent usage.

Would be useful to have list of various restaurants, things to do etc--in binder at the condo as not all use apps.

Excellent property all around, it was even nicer than the pics. Spacious kitchen and hanging out areas. Good floor plan distribution. Very clean. Location is unbeatable: beach is not crowded and shops/restaurants just a short walk away. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this property! Very spacious and accommodates a big group. The view from the balcony was amazing and access to the private beach was a super quick and easy short walk. Quick walk to beach bars / restaurants too! The beds are VERY comfortable. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Loved everything about this house. Plenty of beds and space for our group, even a room just for the teenagers. Best surprise was THREE refrigerators ... what a great idea for a vacation home. House was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed at. Beds were comfortable. Management company was text or phone call away ... not that we needed them! First house we've EVER VRBO'd where all they asked at check out was that we take the garbage outside which was very nice. Would definitely recommend. Views from the house were stunning. Location meant we were steps from the beach, walking distance to the Publix and restaurants, along with donuts and ice cream.

The house was amazing! We thought it looked better than the photos. A sweet little path to the beach. Ocean was very calm and beautiful and great for just standing in and swimming and playing. We had planned on doing a lot of activities outside of the condo and beach, but ended up only going out for a couple of meals we were so happy in the house and beach! The views of the ocean from the first and second floor balconies was wonderful! Lots of amenities like beach towels and stuff. Kitchen had more amenities and gadgets than anywhere I've rented and there were two fridges and two ovens. Joanie was fantastic to deal with. A perfect place to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery in a beautiful house!

We just loved our 5 days here! Had planned on doing things around St. Pete but we were so happy at our house and beach that we only left for a couple of meals. The kitchen had a ton of amenities and gadgets, 2 fridges, 2 ovens. The bedrooms were wonderful. The beach was just beautiful! (I only wish I'd known we should be checking emails about moving out--- didn't realize we didn't need to strip the beds and all extra food would be donated. I only checked texts and the binder in the place said to strip beds and clean everything out.)

By far the nicest place we have stayed. The beach house is amazing. It’s perfect for large groups. There were 8 adults and one teenager….so much room. The couches were very comfy as were the beds. House was extremely clean. Management group is truly amazing!! Always available to answer questions…best group I’ve ever worked with…thx! We will definitely be back. As for traffic sound, none of us thought it was an issue! Again, this was an amazing experience!

This was a perfect fit for our 2 families with a total of 6 children under age 10! Each bedroom had a TV which they were very excited about. They were able to go play in the backyard and the beach all day long!!! Beds were comfortable! Location was perfect! Only complaint is the loud traffic 24/7.

The property was wonderful for a multi-family vacation. Location is spectacular as is the size of the house. The rental agent was easy to work with. The property has been removed from Vrbo so the review may not be seen by anyone. The kitchen had ample dishes and cooking supplies. The second refrigerator is helpful, although it does not have any shelves and did not get very cold. The third refrigerator in the cabana kept drinks very cold. All in all we enjoyed our time at the house.
