Description

Spacious 4-Bedroom Waterfront Condo for Groups

Welcome to Treasure Trove Waterfront Cove, a bright and comfortable third-floor waterfront condo on Boca Ciega Bay in Treasure Island.

Part of a private four-unit waterfront property, this spacious retreat features four bedrooms, beautiful Intracoastal Waterway views and plenty of space for groups to gather. The elevated structure is designed to offer added safety in coastal areas, including protection from potential flooding.

Open Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The open living area provides comfortable space to relax together while enjoying the waterfront surroundings.

The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and an island for preparing meals during your stay. The dining table seats up to eight guests, making it easy to share meals, plan the day’s activities or enjoy a game night at home.

Each bedroom includes a TV, and a private washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

Treasure Trove Waterfront Cove offers four comfortable bedrooms:

  • Primary bedroom: King-size bed and ensuite bathroom
  • Second bedroom: King-size bed and private balcony
  • Third bedroom: King-size bed
  • Fourth bedroom: Two twin beds and full-size bunk beds
  • Shared full bathroom: Serves the second and third bedrooms
  • Hallway bathroom: Tub/shower combination
  • Additional half bathroom: Located in the hallway

Infinity Pool, Docks and Resort Amenities

Treasure Trove offers shared waterfront amenities designed for both relaxing and enjoying the water:

  • Waterfront infinity pool
  • Shared grills
  • Boat and fishing docks
  • Paddleboard
  • Shared kayaks
  • Shared bicycles

Four bikes and two kayaks are provided for shared guest use. The Intracoastal Waterway is directly behind the condo, creating opportunities to enjoy water views and spot dolphins or manatees.

Boat Dock Details and Parking Information

Dock access includes shore power and water. One dock space for a boat up to 50 feet is available for $199 plus taxes per week.

Please note:

  • Two boat docks are available
  • Dock water levels are typically around 8 feet but may change with tides
  • Boat trailers cannot be accommodated on the property
  • Assigned parking is available for two vehicles
  • Guest parking is limited, first-come, first-served and not guaranteed

Treasure Island Location Near Beaches and John’s Pass

Treasure Trove is located on the barrier island of Treasure Island, close to local restaurants, shops and area beaches. Several restaurants are within an approximately five-minute walk.

John’s Pass Village is about two miles away and offers shopping, restaurants, bars and a historic fishing-village atmosphere.

Important Details Before Booking

  • One small pet may be allowed with prior approval; a non-refundable $150 plus tax pet fee applies
  • Assigned parking for two vehicles
  • Guest parking is limited and not guaranteed
  • One boat dock space for a boat up to 50 feet is available for $199 plus taxes per week
  • Boat trailers are not permitted on the property
  • This is a four-unit condo building; loud parties are not allowed

Perfect Location, Comfortable Beds & Easy Beach Access

Our group of eight absolutely loved the location. Each adult couple having a king-size bed was a huge plus and made the stay especially comfortable. The pool looked clean and inviting, and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Everything we needed was close by—we enjoyed walking the beach and dining at nearby restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was incredible! After an unexpected issue with another VRBO property, we needed a place for 9 people at the last minute, and this property was extremely responsive and accommodating. The pool is shared since it’s a condo, but fortunately it was just our group, which was perfect! The views of the intercoastal were beautiful, and we even spotted lots of dolphins. The space was very comfortable for our group of 9 women.

The place is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view! Having the boat dock was so convenient, with electricity and water available to rinse off after a fun day out on the water. We also loved the pool and BBQ area, complete with pool toys and beach chairs. The beach is just two blocks away and Publix right around the corner — truly a perfect location for a family trip. We can’t wait to come back!

Great open space, relaxing with plenty of sleeping options. Slept 9 comfortably. Great deck with views of inter coastal waterway. Many passing dolphins especially in the morning hours.

We had a large group of family stay for my birthday bash. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, easy access to the causeway and supplies. Beach access was a short walk away. The pool was phenomenal. We saw a dolphin swimming in the bay on the first day. Four bedrooms were great to have with the adult gang we had. Full Kitchen set up was great even though we didn’t cook we still made use of essential kitchen items. Some things to remember zero condiments are provided. Not even salt and pepper. Maybe the host could provide salt and pepper packets in the “upon arrival essentials”. Or a vending machine with some essential condiment packets. Who wants to buy a container of ketchup, mayo or mustard for a four day trip? We enjoyed the balcony view of the bay. It gave us extended living space and room. All in all. Great stay! Worth it.

This home was perfect, no complaints at all. Myself and children, and my siblings, nieces and nephews went for a family vacation and this place did not disappoint. We saw dolphins, manatees, sun and fun. The house was clean, spacious and close to everything. I will come again!!!

The property was amazing. Clean inside and out. There was plenty of room for the party of 11 staying in our unit. The pool was large and there were plenty of lounge chairs for all. We saw dolphins daily and even had a manatee swim under our dock. Overall we had an amazing vacation and would definitely return.

Very clean, awesome balcony with water view is a big plus, great location for walking to the beach. Loved paddling out right from the backyard into the waterway. Only downsides were that the pool was cold and the house is a bit noisy (no rugs, and outside you are dependent upon nice neighbors in the other units).

We had a family vacation with 12 of my family members ranging from ages 1-60. The Condo was great, accommodated all of us from the right amount of beds, bathrooms, and just space. Nothing was more relaxing hanging out on the patio off the condo whether it was drinking our morning coffee or enjoying a cocktail after sunset. The pool was very clean and perfect for morning/afternoon sunshine. The kayaks were amazing as we were 10 feet from 3 dolphins one morning! We would also take the bikes out multiple times a day to bike to Publix in a pinch, or just to the local beach a spot! 12/10 would recommend staying here!!
