Our Treasure Island Beach Villa is one of our best selections of a vacation home in all of Treasure Island.

This rental home is an amazing beachfront property with a private pool (there is not a spa/jacuzzi available - it is only a spillover). Rejuvenate your mind, body and soul at this unique beach rental.

This luxurious home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms accommodates 14 guests total. This vacation property features all of the amenities that you could want during your stay.

Our Treasure Island vacation home boasts 4,000 sf.

Ground Level:
The ground level features a two car garage. Ground level features access to the private pool and beach in addition to an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal bbq grill. There is also a game room that features a pool table and shuffleboard.

2nd Level:
The second level features the Primary bedroom with a King bed and a private bathroom. The Primary bedroom has beach views and access to a balcony. The second bedroom boasts a Queen bed and a full bathroom. Adjacent to the second bedroom, there is a bonus kids area that has a Sleeper sofa. The kids area features a Playstation with a few games, DVD movies, toys and books. The little ones will have a wonderful time in this area.

The fully equipped kitchen, living area, and dining room are also located on the second floor. The kitchen is open to living area, which has great Gulf views. There is a balcony that faces the Gulf right off of the living room area, which can be accessed through both the Primary bedroom and the living area.

3rd Level:
The third level features the third bedroom with a Queen bed, a private bathroom and a terrace with Intercoastal views. The fourth bedroom boasts 2 Queen beds, a private bathroom, beach views and a balcony that faces the Gulf. There is also a Queen Sleeper sofa located in the den room on the third floor.

There are a total of two balconies where you can enjoy the majestic beach views.

Each bedroom comes equipped with comfortable bedding and a full bathroom.

This amazing beach house rental has a private pool facing the Gulf.

This exquisite beach house has a great bonus on the first level - A game room with a pool table that goes out to a wonderful outdoor kitchen area.

Treasure Island is located on Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast and is blessed with miles of gorgeous white sand beaches that boast that "Old Florida" feel. At either end of the island, you will find entertainment and things to do including John's Pass to the north and Blind Pass to the south. St. Pete Beach is a short Jolley Trolley ride from the property. You will find Trolley Stops every block or so all along the entire length of Gulf Blvd. Treasure Island offers you and your family a quiet "laid back" atmosphere while being just a short drive from Florida's major theme parks.

The house & pool was even better than we expected. The garage area includes a billiards table, Dart Board and indoor shuffle table that were all a big hit. There were pool toys for the kids and an area off the pool that included a refrigerator and lounge area with a TV. The weather was not great so we depended on the heated pool to entertain the kids. The only drawback was the lack of a hot tub. It does have an over flow area that is a little warmer though. Our only issue was with the management of the property. When we first arrived we were outside waiting for the cleaning person, who was sitting in the living room waiting for the sheets to dry, to give us the go ahead to enter and I finally decided we weren’t waiting and started unloading our stuff. There were issues with the TV (couldn’t access the Spectrum Cable svc) and an issue with a Security Video system that sits above the main balcony (which is right next to the master bedroom) whose light kept going on and off all night which made it difficult to sleep every night and never did get fixed. We were told by a maintenance guy that the property mgmt grp didn’t have access to it and only the Owners could adjust it. And they never did. Our assigned rep was great to start but wasn’t responding after the 3rd day. Overall it was a great place though.

Amazing place. Loved everything. I’d recommended adding one or two blankets for those utilizing the sofa bed but really the place was gorgeous. Better than photos. Beach access was perfect and just lovely.

This property was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect size for our group of 10. We were there for a bachelorette weekend and the house was beautiful. The property manager and maintenance were extremely responses for the couple of minor issues we had. The pool was great and the beach was fantastic. Would absolutely stay again

We arrived and were instantly impressed with the properties presentation, but were immediately attacked by mosquitos. Once inside we continued to be pleased. The rooms looked and smelled clean. We have rented this house every other year for 6 years and have always felt it was like paradise. There was a few suggestions. Some of the fire alarms were missing batteries. Definitely need more bath towels and toilet paper. Need to replace blinds in Masterbath and our Internet was down for 2 days at the end of trip. This is the first time we have experienced ANYTHING negative.

The house was perfect, great location just steps from the beach.
The house was not stocked with much though. No baggies or tin foil, there were no beach towels either which forced us to use the white towels from he house at the beach.

We loved the private pool and location to the beach. The house was spacious and lovely. A couple of maintenance issues needed attention...the exterior doors needed their lock systems repaired and a couple of little issues with the upstairs water pressure/toilets. I understand the door locks were to be repaired in near future. However, the property was a great location. Our little grandkids had a wonderful time.

Six of us girls stayed here. It was Paradise! The home and views and pool were Amazing!!! We swam in the pool and the ocean everyday! Everything was great! The only downside was there was no bathroom on the lower level where the pool and main hang out area is. Totally don't understand that!! But we still had a Awesome week!!

We stayed here for spring break with two other families (6 adults and 6 5th-8th grade kids) and it was great! The kitchen is well stocked, pool is awesome, and it was within walking distance to restaurants and Publix. Very convenient location and awesome beach access! Check in and check out was flawless. A dozen or so beach towels are provided, as are some pool toys that previous guests left behind. Would highly recommend!

A great place and location!! We spent 6 nights here with 11 people (6 adults and 5 kids) and there was plenty of space. There was so much to do at the house (pool, shuffleboard, pool table, social spaces, beach…) and in a great location as well - walkable to restaurants, grocery, and workout facilities. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy the pool and beach again. Don’t hesitate to book - you will not be disappointed!!

My 7 friends and myself stayed at the home the first week of November 2022. The home is well appointed as far as beds/baths, furnishings and kitchen...some vacation homes will leave left over spices, foil, baggies, non-perishibles which is very convenient...this home does not which was a bummer to have to buy every little thing we needed. There is some bath products though. Linens and towels were good quality. Beds were comfortable. The front bedrooms do have some traffic noise since the home is on a main road but it wasn't too bad. Light sleepers would want to sleep in the rooms at the back of the home. The location was fantastic!! Walking distance to Publix grocery and liquor store. Walking distance to restaurnts and bars. Caddy's was a 10 min or so walk down the beach which was perfect. The beach is big and full of beautiful white sand!! Just about 50 yards or so from the house. They did have beach chairs and toys in the home so that was convenient. A nice deck to sit and have coffee or watch the amazing sunsets!! We heated the pool which was perfect and comfortable for that time of year. Lots of shade in the pool area for those not wanting direct sun but wanting to be outside which was really nice. The downstairs (pool level) area is a fun area with places to sit, shuffleboard, pool & darts. The only big negative that we all complained about is that there is no restroom on this level which is the level you hang out the most in. Also no powder room so when you have to run upstairs to use the restroom you have to use one of the bathrooms that go with one of the bedrooms. Home has a nice beachy Florida feel and ample dishes, cups, glasses, etc. We used the private chef they recommended and he was absolutely fantastic! Very delicious and would highly recommend!! Master bedroom has a king bed, rest were queens. Master bath is big with a jetted tub but didn't use it. Gorgeous views from the back of the house. All in all a perfect location and great house!

This house is so much fun! Easy access to a section of the beach that is not crowded, perfect pool and game area to keep everyone busy and happy. There were lots of beach things like beach chairs, beach toys and pool floats left by prior renters. Every restaurant we visited was perfect!

This was the 2nd year in a row that we rented this property and we remain just as thrilled as the first. Pride in ownership shows in the condition of this home as well as the updates we noted from last year. This home is VERY clean and maintained. For our large family group of 14 there was more than ample living and recreational space as well as privacy. The pool and bonus outdoor recreation space was wonderful for kids and adults alike! It is a great way to take a break from the sun and relax. Access to the beautiful white sands and the beach is unrivaled. The water was calm and as warm as a bath. Totally worth it .....Again a shout out to Joanie the House Manager who was helpful in the extreme We hope to return again!!

The rental company was easy to rent from and followed up timely and respectfully. They answered the phone even for the easiest of questions. The pictures of the house are spot on if not understated. The house was cleaned extremely well and weekly maintenance team came and went barely noticed. A great place for 8 of us and could fit a few more with ease.

Great location on the beach. Wonderful walking and shelling for our grand daughter. John's pass is close by for shopping, activities and restaurants. The lower-level game room was a hit with the whole family! The updates that have been made to the bathrooms are terrific. As other reviewers have said, the gas grill doesn't work well so plan to use charcoal or cook inside. Pool heat was appreciated. Joanie made check in and check out easy!

Wonderful home in a spectacular location. Would happily stay there again (and again)! Please note that there are a couple of annoyances which are out of character for such a wonderful, top end place. For example: only 10 sets of cutlery (but sleeps 14 so if you are maxxing it out, be prepared to share a fork); the spotless gas grill with lots of extra propane has only 3 of 4 working elements (and they collectively push out enough heat to barely toast bread); and finally, some commonly used staples (like salt and pepper) might be a reasonable expectation. These seem like easy fixes and would really make a big difference at the end of the day. Honestly, its a great home in a great location and anyone who is lucky enough to stay there will have wonderful vacation.

Pride of ownership and excellent property maintenance are what make this property shine! Have you ever rented on line and found that when you arrived you were in a dingier version of what you expected??? NOT HERE!! Furnishings/ bedding/ supplies/ fans/ appliances & amenities were immaculate and in abundance. The a/c worked great. Comfortable beds. Pool towels / beach toys/ chairs/ wagon/ beach tent and cooler were available for use. When we were done in the ocean (fabulous) we would rinse off in the outdoor shower and LIVED in the the lower patio and pool area. The BBQ worked great and we had many meals and drinks on the patios. This was such an easy stay and brought out the kid in all of us. A BIG shout out to Joanie who was our house manager who kindly helped us with all the details - Thank You! Our group of 8 adults and 6 kids had an epic week on the beach in a wonderful home. We will be back again.

We stayed here for a girls trip and had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed including beach towels and chairs. The pool was gorgeous. Overall this house is worth every penny! We will be back!
