Comfortable 3-Bedroom Cottage for Up to 10 Guests

Welcome to Sweet Escape Cottage, a welcoming 1,700-square-foot vacation home in Indian Rocks Beach.

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private pool and room for up to 10 guests, this beach cottage is a great choice for families and small groups seeking a comfortable coastal getaway.

Spacious Living Areas and Well Stocked Kitchen

The home features spacious, tastefully decorated living areas with coastal colors designed for relaxed vacation time.

The well-stocked kitchen includes plenty of workspace and tiled flooring, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The living area includes comfortable seating, while a bonus area with a sleeper sofa adds flexibility for your group.

Bedrooms and Bathroom Layout

Sweet Escape Cottage offers three bedrooms:

  • Primary bedroom: King-size bed and ensuite bathroom
  • Second bedroom: Queen-size bed
  • Third bedroom: Two queen-size beds
  • Second bathroom: Shower/tub combination, located between the additional bedrooms
  • Bonus area: Sleeper sofa

The home accommodates up to 10 guests.

Private Pool and Fenced Backyard Oasis

The landscaped, fenced backyard is designed for family time and outdoor relaxation. It includes a private pool with spillover, screened pool area and comfortable lounge spaces.

Pool heat is available during cooler months, adding extra comfort for your stay. A wagon is also provided for added convenience.

Please note that the jacuzzi/spa is not available for guest use and functions only as a pool spillover.

Indian Rocks Beach Location Near Brown Park

Located in a residential area of Indian Rocks Beach, Sweet Escape Cottage offers a quieter setting while remaining close to local shopping, dining and area attractions.

Brown Park is approximately 0.4 miles from the home. The park features a pickleball court, basketball court, pavilion with picnic tables and jungle gym.

  • Accommodates up to 10 guests
  • Three bedrooms and two bathrooms
  • Approximately 1,700 square feet
  • Private pool and fenced backyard
  • Pool heat is available from October through April for $35 per day plus taxes, heated to 85°F
  • Jacuzzi/spa is not available for guest use and is only a pool spillover
  • Maximum of two vehicles in the driveway
  • Street parking is not permitted
  • One small pet may be allowed with prior approval; a non-refundable $150 plus tax pet fee applies

Beach Time Rentals strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to help protect your trip if plans change. Travel insurance may be available through Generali, excluding Hawaii and New York. Please review policy terms and coverage before purchasing.

The property was very inviting and clean. Our family had a wonderful time with plenty of space. The pool was great especially for the kids when we needed a break from the beach. We liked the location, close enough to beaches, restaurants, etc. while being in a quiet neighborhood and having a private pool. The house was very nice and the kitchen looked to have just about every gadget and utensil you could need. There was a good selection of beach stuff and other outdoor stuff to use as well. More than enough room both inside and out for a larger group than just the 2 of us. For what we wanted, the property was excellent and we would stay again.

The house was wonderful and beautiful. The neighborhood quiet and peaceful. No sidewalks but it’s a dead end street so I felt comfortable walking there with my kiddos The heated pool was absolutely amazing , given that I have two little girls and the weather wasn’t too warm. It kept them occupied and we all had so much fun. Laundry machines very modern and amount of detergent that the host left for us seems quite generous for the 6 days of our stay. The kitchen had more gadgets than I could ask for.

The experience was good. The agent assigned from Beach Time Rentals was responsive and resolved our issues. We paid the for pool heat for our stay. When we arrived it was cold out and we we not aware the pool heat was turned off. We did call after two days and the agent sent out maintenance to turn on the breaker. We requested a refund for 2 days for the pool heat, which Beach Time agreed to give us. Our assigned agent helped us retrieve property we left behind after checking out. Much appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay at this house! Everything was clean on the inside, if I were to change one thing it would just be that the outside patio is a little bit more well manicured but it’s probably just because it’s winter in Florida. But it was a great house! Great communication with management team!

The home was extremely clean. The landscaping and pool area was super cute. Walkable to the beach but it is a bit of a hike and there are no sidewalks. However there is a lot of free parking at the beach. Very close to shops and restaurants but still in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything you would need in the kitchen and for the beach was there. Overall a wonderful and obviously well loved home.

a wonderful and relaxing time. if every thing well go I will go back to this location. I love i was near of everything. the pool was perfect for my boy. oh my god I can no forgot the beach was less than 10 min walking and the manager gave us all direction to go faster.

Conveniently located and well appointed home made for a nice pre-Christmas stop. Home was clean and well appointed with everything you need for staying in house most of the time, heated pool makes that easy to do.

Would recommend for anyone looking to be in a quieter neighborhood but just a short 10-15 minute drive to all the popular destinations of Clearwater Beach area.
