Expansive 5-Bedroom Beachfront Home for Up to 14 Guests

Welcome to Sunset Beach Palace, a one of a kind three level beachfront vacation home in Treasure Island.

With approximately 5,000 square feet, five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a private pool and spa, this spacious retreat accommodates up to 14 guests. Designed for large families and group getaways, the home combines direct beach access with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for gathering.

Open Kitchen, Dining and Gulf-View Living Spaces

The second floor is the main gathering level, featuring a large living room with plenty of seating, beach views and access to two beachfront balconies.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and counter seating for six guests. The adjacent breakfast area also seats six, while the dining area seats another six guests. Gulf views from the kitchen, living room and breakfast area make every meal feel connected to the beach.

One balcony includes additional outdoor seating, while the other has a high-top table and gas grill.

Media Room and Three-Level Layout

The second level also includes a separate media room with an 85-inch TV, sectional seating and a large plush couch ideal for movie nights and downtime. A half bathroom is located on this level.

On the ground floor, a mixed-use space includes a sofa bed, TV and direct access to the private pool and patio area.

An elevator provides convenient access to every level of the home.

Bedrooms and Bathroom Layout

Sunset Beach Palace offers five bedrooms:

Second floor

First primary suite: King-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower

Third floor

Second primary suite: King-size bed, 50-inch TV, wet bar, private Gulf-view balcony and ensuite bathroom with shower and separate small tub
Third primary suite: King-size bed, private waterfront balcony and ensuite bathroom with shower and separate tub
Fourth bedroom: King-size bed
Fifth bedroom: Two queen-size beds
Hallway bathroom: Tub/shower combination

The property accommodates up to 14 guests.

Private Pool, Spa and Direct Beach Access

The private outdoor area includes a pool, spa, large pool patio, outdoor seating, bistro table and outdoor shower.

Relax poolside, enjoy an evening soak in the spa or head directly to the beach for a day on the sand. Pool and spa heat are available from October through April.

Elevator, Balconies and Treasure Island Location

Multiple balconies provide Gulf views and outdoor space for enjoying the breeze, morning coffee and unforgettable sunsets.

The home is within walking distance of Treasure Island restaurants and shops. John’s Pass Village is approximately 2.5 miles away, offering shopping, dining and watersports. St. Pete Beach and Madeira Beach are also nearby.

Perfect beach getaway — can’t wait to come back every year!

Overall

We had the most amazing stay! Our family of 8 adults and 2 kids loved being right on the beach — it made everything so easy and relaxing. The house was spacious, beautifully set up for large groups, and super quiet, so everyone had their own space. There were great beach bars just a short walk away and a Publix nearby for anything we needed. The area felt calm and local, which made it even more special. We can’t wait to come back every year!

We had a blast with 7 adults and 2 children! The elevator was such a happy experience as were the Electrolux washer and dryer! The COMMUNICATION was excellent so everything went smoothly.

We rented a beautiful home on the beach in Treasure Island for 6 days from Beach Time Rentals We are a family of 10 (6 adults and 4 little children) We all had plenty of beds and bedrooms and baths Plenty of space to spread out House had everything we needed from a good gas grill to a nice pool We will definitely rent a house again from Beach Time Rentals

Amazing Location

The location can’t be beat. - so convenient being able to walk right onto the beach. Sunsets at night from any balcony were amazing. The beach was never crowded due to the private homes surrounding this location. The house had everything we needed and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We plan to book again for a future stay.

We had a wonderful time there with our three grown children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The location is perfect. There were various nap schedules with the little ones and we were able to go back and forth to the beach or use the pool or patio or deck as needed. And it's big enough that we could put the kids to bed and have adult fun time in the evenings. Sunsets from the deck were gorgeous. And we had some wonderful dinners and fun games at night, not to mention final drinks on the deck under the stars.
