Spacious 4-Bedroom Waterfront Home Near the Beach

Welcome to Sunrise Harbor, a spacious waterfront retreat in Indian Rocks Beach designed for family vacations and groups who want room to gather, play and relax.

With approximately 3,700 square feet across three floors, this renovated home offers pool and bay views, a private dock, multiple entertainment spaces and a beach location only a six-minute walk from the sand.

Multiple Gathering Spaces, Kitchen and Dining

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for group meals, with two refrigerators, ample pantry storage and well-stocked cooking supplies, dishware and essentials.

The adjacent dining area seats eight guests, with seating for five more at the breakfast-bar island and two at a nearby counter. A coffee bar offers a convenient place to start the day.

A second gathering area next to the kitchen includes a plush sectional, game table, 75-inch flat-screen TV and floor-to-ceiling views of the bay, Belleair Bridge, beach and mangrove islands. A centrally located cocktail bar adds an entertaining touch.

Bedrooms, Family Suite and Work-From-Home Space

Sunrise Harbor offers four bedrooms across three levels:

First-floor bedroom: Twin-size bed with trundle; doubles as a waterfront office with floor-to-ceiling windows and double doors opening to the patio
Primary bedroom / family suite: King-size bed, twin-size bed with trundle, two luxurious bathrooms, private balcony and two waterfront seating areas
Third bedroom: Queen-size bed and twin trundle
Fourth bedroom: Queen-size bed and twin trundle
Hallway bathroom: Large glass shower
Additional bathrooms: Full bathroom with shower near the first-floor bedroom and a half bathroom near the laundry and garage area

Private Pool, Hot Tub and Outdoor Entertaining

Enjoy a private pool with spacious sun shelf, lounge chairs and easy water access.

The outdoor space also includes an oversized hot tub, natural-gas grill, wood-chip smoker, large flat-screen TV, outdoor dining area and multiple seating areas for poolside meals, sunset barbecues and relaxed evenings by the bay.

Pool and spa heat are available as optional add-ons.

Dock, Kayaks and Paddleboards on the Bay

The private dock on the bay provides access to a sandy hangout island and nearby mangrove islands known for Intracoastal fishing.

Launch kayaks and stand-up paddleboards directly from the backyard dock to explore the water. Sports and water-sports toys are also available in the garage.

Six-Minute Walk to Indian Rocks Beach

The beach is approximately a six-minute walk from the home. Guests are provided with beach-day essentials including a wagon, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, towels, noodles, skim boards and toys.

The residential location is also within walking distance of a playground, basketball court and tennis or pickleball courts.

The home we rented in Indian Rocks Beach was perfect. Amazing views of the Harbor full of dolphins. The boys loved the kayaks and a 5 min walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed! Highly recommend.

A very nice place on the water. Great outdoor area for grilling and hanging out. Indoors has an awesome open concept. Bedrooms were sizable and plenty of bathroom space. Hosts were communicative and answered any questions quickly. Would recommend to a friend!! Thanks for the stay.

We are experienced VRBO renters, and I was just slightly hesitant with this rental because there were only two reviews at the time I reserved this, and because I was unfamiliar with the management company, Beachtime Rentals, but the property and the communication with the management company were excellent! This was the most relaxing home and view. It was well outfitted and so close to the beach, with everything we might need. We so enjoyed the setting and set up of the house, we actually didn’t feel the need to go to the beach, though it was a very short walk and anything we might have wanted to take, and a wagon to take it, was there for a day at the beach. We particularly enjoyed the pool table, the kayaks and paddle board and the bikes. The kitchen was very well outfitted for foodies and home chefs. A huge pantry to put away our food was really appreciated.

The property, amenities, and proximity to the beach, park, restaurants, and nature preserve provided multiple outings that required no car.
