Welcome to Sunny Isles Cottage, a lovely beach retreat right in Indian Shores. This standalone, ground-floor cottage is perfectly situated just two houses from the beach, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing and convenient coastal escape.

Perfect for up to 5 guests, this 900 sq ft, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach cottage offers a comfortable coastal retreat just steps from the beach.

Enjoy an open, light-filled floor plan with a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. The living space features a cozy sectional sofa with a flat-screen TV, along with a dining table that comfortably seats 4 guests.

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the guest bedroom, furnished with a bunk bed featuring a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. A second full bathroom includes a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.

Sunny Isles Beach Cottage is the perfect place for a small family or a couples’ getaway on Indian Shores.

We are 2 houses from the sand – on the West side of Gulf Blvd – meaning NO streets to cross at all!

Centrally located and walking distance to shops and restaurants, even a convenience store across the road.

You could not be any closer to the sand.
