Welcome to Sunny Isles Beach Cottage, a comfortable 900-square-foot standalone cottage in Indian Shores.

With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and room for up to five guests, this ground-floor retreat is ideal for a small family or couples’ beach getaway.

Bright Living Area and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The open, light-filled layout includes a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen.

The living area features a comfortable sectional sofa and flat-screen TV, while the dining table seats four guests for meals and time together at home.

Bedrooms and Bathroom Layout

Sunny Isles Beach Cottage offers two bedrooms:

  • Primary bedroom: Queen-size bed
  • Guest bedroom: Bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and twin-size bed on top
  • Jack-and-Jill bathroom: Shared by both bedrooms
  • Second full bathroom: Includes a stackable washer and dryer

The cottage accommodates up to five guests.
