Welcome to Sonrisa 5, a beautifully remodeled beachfront condo in the quiet residential community of Belleair Beach.

With approximately 1,200 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a direct Gulf-front setting, this retreat combines refined interiors with immediate access to the pool and sand.

The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and counter seating for three guests.

The dining table seats four, while the living area includes a comfortable sofa, two accent chairs, a large flat-screen TV and panoramic beach views. Open the living room sliders to reach the shared pool and beach in just a few steps.

Bedrooms and Ensuite Bathroom Layout

Sonrisa 5 offers two comfortable bedrooms:

Primary bedroom: King-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower
Second bedroom: Full-size bunk bed and queen-size bed, plus ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination

Both bedrooms feature high-end furnishings designed for comfort and relaxation.

Private Patio with Pool and Gulf Views

The private patio overlooks the shared pool and the pristine Gulf beaches beyond. It is a lovely place for morning coffee, quiet afternoons or taking in the sunset over the water.

Shared Pool and Easy Beach Access

Sonrisa is a 14-unit Gulf-front community with a shared pool and easy access to the sand.

The condo’s ground-level access from the living room makes it especially convenient to move between the patio, pool and beach.

Please note that the pool is not heated during winter months.

Quiet Belleair Beach Community

Located directly on the Gulf in Belleair Beach, Sonrisa 5 provides a quiet, tranquil setting that remains family friendly.

Perfect Family-Friendly Beach Retreat

Overall

This was an excellent place for a family vacation. The condo was comfortable, peaceful, and offered all the modern amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Being directly on the beach with beautiful ocean views from multiple areas of the home made the experience even more special. The pool, soft sand, nearby restaurants, and family-friendly touches like board games were all wonderful additions. We would definitely stay here again.

Steps from the beach w/a great view from the patio. Super quiet, private & relaxing. Feels brand new. Furnishings and appliances all top notch. We had everything we needed. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. The host properly prepared us and quickly responded to all inquiries.

We loved our stay. My wife and I felt right at home with our 3 very young kids. I think this is an awesome place for a couple or family looking to relax and get away from all the crazyness. The beds were very comfortable. The pace was very well lit and bright. The view was perfect. It’s on the bottom floor so I didn’t have to worry about kids on a balcony. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals.
