Welcome to Sonrisa 1, a beachfront ground-level condo on the sandy shores of Belleair Beach.

This single-story retreat offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a peaceful setting directly on the beach. Large windows frame the water and sand, allowing guests to enjoy the coastal scenery from the main living space.

Open Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The inviting living room features comfortable sofas and large windows overlooking the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space and counter seating for four guests. The adjacent dining area also seats four, creating a comfortable setting for breakfasts, family dinners and time together.

Bedrooms and Bathroom Layout

Sonrisa 1 offers two bedrooms:

Primary bedroom: King-size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Second bedroom: Queen-size bed
Hallway bathroom: Tub/shower combination

Additional amenities include a laundry area, wine cooler and WiFi.

Shared Pool and Direct Beach Access

The beachfront location provides easy access to the sand simply step outside to enjoy the beach, take a walk along the shore or relax by the shared community pool.

Please note that the pool is not heated during winter months.

Sonrisa 1 is located in a small, quiet residential community in Belleair Beach. It offers a peaceful setting for couples, families and guests looking to slow down and enjoy the Gulf Coast.

The place was beautiful and very clean. We had everything we needed. The view was absolutely amazing!! Just a few steps and our toes were in the sand and in the beautiful water. The pool was very refreshing and well maintained . We enjoyed everything except for leaving!!

The Perfect First Florida Vacation

Our first trip to Florida could not have been better. The home was comfortable, spotless, and located in the perfect spot. Being just steps from the beach made every day special, and we loved relaxing on the patio while taking in the beautiful surroundings. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Our stay at Sonrisa was wonderful. The condo was spacious, peaceful, and very well-stocked with everything we needed for our eight-day visit. Been coming to the area for a decade. This place was the best ever. Stayed in other units here but this one is phenomenal. The views from inside and the patio and the distance from the water you just can’t beat. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Had everything we needed and then some. From booking to departure was perfect. Highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it!

The perfect location, perfect view, perfect proximity to the beach, perfect sunsets and perfect accommodations made for a perfect stay. We really can’t say enough about Sonrisa1 to do it justice. Had a great wonderful relaxing time away from work. It was a Mother/daughter get away. Location. Location. Location Images on line were point on but in person it is so much more. Steps from putting your feet in the sand. Feet from the pool. The most beautiful sunsets from your front row seat on your own patio. Close to stores and restaurants. Cafe for coffee/tea. Home made ice cream and local shops all conveniently located. Rental management always available and checking in. Will be planning on returning next year.

This place was excellent! Our family really enjoyed staying here and hope to stay here in the future. We loved the ease of access to the beach, beautiful views, and the peace and quiet! The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was close to great local restaurants and coffee shops! Definitely will be back!

We loved our stay and can’t recommend this condo complex enough. You are just steps away from the beach and it makes it super easy walking out your front door to go down to the pool or set up your beach spot for the day. Our host was super responsive, and very informative. The only recommendation we had would be for comfier pillows and linens. (Not a big deal by any means) the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.
