Luxury Ground-Floor 2-Bedroom Condo for Up to 4 Guests

Welcome to Seascape 9, a refined ground-floor beachfront condo in Redington Beach.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat accommodates up to four guests and is part of an intimate 14-unit beachfront community located approximately 50 feet from the sand. Glass doors open toward the Gulf, creating a peaceful connection to the beach setting.

Designer Kitchen and Refined Interior Finishes

The designer kitchen includes:

  • Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer
  • Ice maker
  • Dishwasher, cooktop and oven
  • Double-faucet deep kitchen sink
  • Walk-in pantry
  • Italian marble countertops
  • Bar seating for four guests

Italian marble flooring, Bizzaza wall tiles and designer sinks and faucets add high-end finishes throughout the condo.

Bedrooms and Bathroom Features

Seascape 9 offers two bedrooms:

  • Primary bedroom: King-size bed
  • Second bedroom: Two twin beds

The condo includes two full bathrooms with designer finishes. One bathroom features a frameless glass shower with two shower heads, river-rock flooring and a separate water closet.

WiFi and a full-size washer and dryer are provided for added convenience.

Heated Pool and Steps-to-the-Beach Setting

The community features a heated pool and pool deck with loungers, tables and chairs.

This amenity is shared exclusively by the 14 residences in the complex, creating a more private-feeling setting for poolside relaxation. The beach is only steps away from the ground-floor unit.

Monthly Rental and HOA Requirements

Seascape 9 is available for monthly rentals only.

The HOA requires an internal background check for each reservation. An HOA lease is also required in addition to the rental contract to grant access.
