Remodeled 3-Bedroom Beachfront Corner Condo

Welcome to Seacove, a bright and spacious beachfront corner condo at Beach Cottage Building 1 in Indian Shores.

This well-maintained coastal retreat combines a remodeled interior, direct beach setting and an expansive private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary.

Open Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The completely remodeled kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and the essentials needed for meals at home.

The dining area comfortably seats six guests. The spacious living room features an oversized couch, cozy fireplace, 55-inch Smart TV and large sliding doors opening to the beachfront balcony.

Coastal décor throughout the condo completes the relaxed beach setting.

Bedrooms and Bathroom Layout

Seacove offers three bedrooms:

  • Primary bedroom: King-size bed, 46-inch Smart TV, balcony access and ensuite bathroom with dual granite vanities and spacious walk-in shower
  • Second bedroom: Queen-size bed and 40-inch Smart TV
  • Third bedroom: Twin-size bed
  • Additional sleeping option: Air mattress
  • Second bathroom: Tub/shower combination

A private washer and dryer and free WiFi are included for added convenience.

Private Balcony with Gulf and Sanctuary Views

The furnished private balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary.

It offers a memorable place to enjoy morning coffee, watch the sunset or relax with the coastal views and breeze.

The Beach Cottage community includes:

Walk to Salt Rock Grill and Explore Indian Shores

Salt Rock Grill, additional restaurants, bars and miniature golf are within walking distance. The Suncoast Beach Trolley stops directly in front of the building, providing an easy way to explore the beaches between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

John’s Pass Village is a few miles south, with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment.

A Memorable Tropical Getaway in Indian Shores

Our first visit to Indian Shores was everything and more. This unit was perfect for the 2 families of 3 that was very clean, and displayed nicely. The kitchen had everything we could ever needed, especially in the utensils and pots/ pans. There was a bird sanctuary right next door which ended up making our trip even more memorable with late night of sounds of the ocean and the birds. Made us feel like we were in the tropics. We did at first had some conern of odor but ended up being unoticable most of the time! The owners were quick to reply of anything was needed. We will definitely come back to stay!

Our trip to Florida was unforgettable thanks to Beach Time Rentals. After years of staying on the intracoastal side, we finally found this incredible beachfront condo — and it exceeded all expectations. The beach access couldn’t be easier, and the condo itself had everything we needed and more. With plenty of room for our family of five, including three energetic boys, we had space to relax and play. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and as a bird lover, I was thrilled to have the sanctuary right next door. This stay was truly special — highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had 4 adults and 2 kids (10 and 12), and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and anything you should need. It was a great bonus to have some items to play with in the sand and water. The communication was perfect (very quick to respond to questions about the area). We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Beach Cottage that was managed by Beach Time Rentals. Great location, view of the beach, pool area and communication. Very responsive with any questions I had. The description of the condo was accurate and looked like the pictures. It was also stocked with beach towels, coolers and beach chairs which was so nice. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great week!

Exactly as described. The easy access to the beach is the best for sunsets. The pool was good. The grills are an extra bonus. Loved everything and hopefully will get to go back again.

We absolutely loved this beautiful condo. We travel a lot and it was one of the most beautiful we’ve stayed at. The only thing negative I could say, and it wasn’t their fault is sometimes you could smell the bird sanctuary while outside. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

This unit made our week very nice. The unit pictures should be updated since the current pictures do not do it justice. Very spacious. The only negative was the Pelican Sanctuary next door. If you put an out door fan on the balcony that would help with the smell.

We LOVED the condo. It was clean, spacious, updated, and included all the things our family would have expected. Beds were comfortable and the layout worked great for our family. Also there is a trolley that is super cute and our teens used to travel to beaches, restaurants and stores nearby. The beach at the condo was premier. Less populated than other beachfronts in the area and very clean. The weather was also a 10/10 for our stay.

The property was very clean and plenty of room for us 3. I would say it comfortably sleeps 4-5 adults, but more if you have small children. Very safe environment, with codes to get on the beach and into the door where elevator and stairs are. The beach was great, not too many people!
Property manager was super helpful and friendly.
The only negative is the location. We were on the side and definitely able to see the beach from our 4th floor balcony, but we were next to a bird sanctuary that was pretty cool! Until about 3-5 in the morning. Sometimes they would wake us up, but only if you were sleeping in the master that was closest to the balcony. Later, I thought a fan would maybe drown out the noise. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars for everything;)

Our host, Mona was fabulous, kind and helpful. I messaged her with two small issues with the lights that did not work and the microwave. She had someone out there to fix them in no time! Could not ask for better service. Beautiful view from the balcony and the place was very beautiful and welcoming. Loved the pool and having the beach just steps away was amazing. Lots of great restaurants as well. I would highly recommend this property.

Unit was nice. Fairly priced. Adjacent bird sanctuary gave an oder with wind from south. Otherwise was entertaining. Pool area was huge. Rental manager was very responsive. One maintenance issue was resolved in reasonable time. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo itself was great. Very clean and modern, with all amenities. There is a gross pelican rescue thing right nextdoor that smells like sewage 24/7 and the infrastructure of the building isn't fantastic, but it's a nice condo. The shower in the master wouldn't get hot nor would it ever shut off completely, but it was livable. We were given the wrong entry code and spent 2 hours trying to fund a way into the building as we didn't get there until 11pm and the representative said she was off duty at 6, but we made it eventually. I would stay here again if I were in the area, no major complaints.
