Welcome to Sea Shell Beach Cottage, a beautifully renovated beach retreat inspired by Tulum’s minimalist coastal style. Every detail of this home has been thoughtfully designed to create a serene, airy atmosphere that blends natural textures, soft tones, and modern finishes.

Step inside to an open-concept layout where the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly together, offering the perfect setting for gathering, entertaining, or simply relaxing.

The spacious gourmet kitchen features a large central island with seating for four, quartz countertops, and all the essentials for preparing family meals. The dining area seats an additional six guests, while the living room invites you to unwind on a comfortable sectional sofa in front of a 65-inch Smart TV.

This home offers four beautifully styled bedrooms:

· The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and calming, minimalist decor.

· The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a full-size bottom and twin top — ideal for kids or friends.

· The third bedroom offers another king-size bed.

· The fourth bedroom includes two full-size beds and a private ensuite bathroom.

A second bathroom in the hallway features a tub/shower combination, perfect for families or groups.

Step outside to your private tropical oasis — a custom-built pool and oversized hot tub (completed March 2020)surrounded by lush palm trees, comfortable loungers, and outdoor dining areas. Whether you’re hosting a sunset BBQ or soaking up the Florida sun, this space is designed for pure relaxation.

Tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet only two blocks from the beach, you’ll be just minutes from local dining, shopping, water sports, and Clearwater’s vibrant attractions.

Sea Shell Beach Cottage perfectly combines modern coastal luxury with minimalist tranquility — the ideal setting for your next beach getaway.

Important details:

- Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.

- Giant Spa can be heated at $15 per night + taxes.

- This property allows 1 small pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

House was perfect for our family vacation. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc but could have used some cookie sheets. Backyard pool area was awesome - plenty of room and enough seating for outdoor eating. Close proximity to beach access and plenty of beach chairs. Quick response to any questions or requests. Loved the area and will most likely work with Beach Time Rentals again next year!

We have stayed at the Sea Shell Cottage twice now and really love the spaciousness of the back yard pool area and short walking distance to the beach! It is stocked with most kitchen equipment you will need. The cottage host is very responsive to any inquiries. This is our go to place for our family of 11 (6 adults & 5 kids) when we want to vacation at Indian Rocks Beach!

The house had the perfect amenities to make our vacation perfect. Close proximity to the beach and to local restaurants. The house is beautiful inside and out. The backyard area was exactly what our family needed, enough seating and entertaining space. If we weren't out enjoying the area, we were in the pool or sitting on the patio playing family boardgames.

We spent 4 nights at Sea Shell Cottage. There were 8 of us and the space was comfortable and roomy. Everything we wanted was within walking distance or available on the local trolley route.
