Description

Updated 4-Bedroom Beach Cottage

Welcome to Sea Shell Beach Cottage, a comfortable vacation home tucked into a residential area of Indian Rocks Beach.

With four bedrooms, renovated bathrooms, a bright open layout and a private pool and spa, the home is designed for relaxed family beach vacations and group getaways. The beach is approximately a four-minute walk away, or about two blocks from the home.

Open Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The open living, dining and kitchen areas create a natural space for gathering together.

The spacious kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals and features a large island with seating for six guests. The dining table seats six more.

The living area includes a sleeper sofa, two accent chairs and a Smart flat-screen TV. Coastal details such as barn doors and shiplap add warmth and character throughout the home.

Bedrooms and Bathroom Layout

Sea Shell Beach Cottage offers four bedrooms:

  • Primary bedroom: King-size bed
  • Second bedroom: Two twin beds that can be pushed together to create a king-size bed; includes a PlayStation 4
  • Third bedroom: King-size bed
  • Fourth bedroom: Two full-size beds and private bathroom
  • Hallway bathroom: Serves the other three bedrooms

Every bedroom includes a Smart flat-screen TV.

Private Pool, Oversized Spa and Outdoor Living

The oversized private pool area was custom built in March 2019 and is designed for relaxing and entertaining.

Outdoor amenities include:

  • Private pool
  • Oversized spa
  • Nine loungers
  • Palm trees and outdoor seating
  • BBQ grill
  • Outdoor dining tables

Pool heat and spa heat are available during the cooler months.

Four-Minute Walk to Indian Rocks Beach

Sea Shell Beach Cottage is located in a residential area that feels tucked away while remaining close to Indian Rocks Beach dining, shopping, water sports, fishing, golf and family attractions.

The beach is just two blocks away, making it easy to enjoy days on the sand and return to the pool and spa whenever you like.

Important Details Before Booking

  • Four bedrooms and renovated bathrooms
  • Private pool, oversized spa and outdoor grill
  • Pool heat is available from November through April for $35 per day plus taxes, heated to 85°F
  • Spa heat is available for $15 per night plus taxes
  • One pet may be allowed with prior approval; a non-refundable $150 plus tax pet fee applies
  • Owner storage spaces are locked and unavailable to guests
  • Vacationing students, spring breakers and groups of single guests under age 25 are not permitted
  • The majority of the group must be over age 25 unless the reservation is for a family

Reservations made under false pretenses may be subject to eviction and forfeiture of rent payments and deposits.

Beach Time Rentals strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to help protect your trip if plans change. Travel insurance may be available through Generali, excluding Hawaii and New York. Please review policy terms and coverage before purchasing.

House was perfect for our family vacation. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc but could have used some cookie sheets. Backyard pool area was awesome - plenty of room and enough seating for outdoor eating. Close proximity to beach access and plenty of beach chairs. Quick response to any questions or requests. Loved the area and will most likely work with Beach Time Rentals again next year!

We have stayed at the Sea Shell Cottage twice now and really love the spaciousness of the back yard pool area and short walking distance to the beach! It is stocked with most kitchen equipment you will need. The cottage host is very responsive to any inquiries. This is our go to place for our family of 11 (6 adults & 5 kids) when we want to vacation at Indian Rocks Beach!

The house had the perfect amenities to make our vacation perfect. Close proximity to the beach and to local restaurants. The house is beautiful inside and out. The backyard area was exactly what our family needed, enough seating and entertaining space. If we weren't out enjoying the area, we were in the pool or sitting on the patio playing family boardgames.

We spent 4 nights at Sea Shell Cottage. There were 8 of us and the space was comfortable and roomy. Everything we wanted was within walking distance or available on the local trolley route.
