Sea Gem offered by Beach Time Rentals

This gorgeous beach condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodating 8 guests total.

Located on the 4th floor and with plenty of space and an open floor plan.

The living area features comfortable sofas with one as a Sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and best of all Gulf views.

Sea Gem condo has a beautiful updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and white clean cabinets. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the dining area which seats 6 guests comfortably.

You will have access to the most spectacular views from both the Primary bedroom and the living room which share a large balcony overlooking the Gulf.

The Primary bedroom has a King bed with Gulf views and a bathroom with a shower.

The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All bedrooms have TVs.

With all of the amenities from home, you will never want your vacation to end.

The building features a large heated pool, Jacuzzi, and bbq area! Walk on the beach or check out the local shops and restaurants.

Indian Shores is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium.

1 Small pet allowed - if approved, there is a pet fee of $150.00 + taxes

The location was beautiful, clean and great access to local places and of course, direct access to the beach. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed including extra blankets, towels and pillows. We had such a wonderful time. The property managers provided a ton of information on local groceries, restaurants, sights, and even great options for beach rental equipment. We did have two issues come up - one toilet seat was cracked when we got there and then there was a miscommunication on the pool key code, but the manager responded immediately to both and was resolved quickly and perfectly. We have already talked about coming back again!

Sea gem has been very easy to work with. If you have any complaints or need anything replaced or repaired just a call to them and someone shows up for your requests. Beautiful clean and well supplied. I liked very much working with sea gem.

Great location. I really enjoyed that the condo is on the smaller side without massive ones around. Had plenty of space on the beach. Had 7 people stay in this unit and it was ample space for us.

We had a great stay at Sea Gem! It was right on the ocean and so convenient. The condo description says there are no hairdryers but there was one which was a pleasant surprise as I forgot to bring one! I would note that there is no salt/pepper, nonstick spray for basic cooking needs. Not a big deal to us but would have liked to know prior to going as we put in a grocery order for pick up on our way in and did not include that stuff as it’s usually stocked. We had a great time and if staying in the area again we would definitely choose Sea Gem!

The Sea Gem was a perfect location and for our fam ily of five nicely. Unfortunately, there was drilling in the parking garage that could be heard in every unit for a majority of our vacation. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well as the bed comfortable. There was only two cable boxes for four TVs and the floors were dirty among arrival. All in all, we had a great week in Indian Rocks Beach.

This was great location right on the beach with beautiful views! 7 miles from Clearwater Water Beach so we could go there parasail jet ski etc. then return back to condo away from the hussle and bussel and relax! Condo was the perfect size and clean it does need some updates with paint and bathrooms but overall nice condo

Rental was perfect for our needs. Pool and beach were right outside the condo, and had a great family atmosphere. Our rental was pet friendly but no dogs allowed on the beach or in pool area.
