Beachfront 2-Bedroom Condo for Up to 8 Guests

Welcome to San Remo 304, a comfortably appointed third-floor beachfront condo in Redington Shores.

With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and room for up to eight guests, this coastal retreat offers direct beach access, a shared pool and spa, and a peaceful setting for families and small groups.

Open Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishware, cookware and silverware for meals at home.

An extended kitchen counter seats two guests, while the adjacent dining area seats six. The open living area includes a sleeper sofa, loveseat, TV and access to the south-facing balcony.

A full-size washer and dryer, WiFi, linens and towels are provided for added convenience.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

San Remo 304 offers two bedrooms and additional living-room sleeping space:

  • Primary bedroom: King-size bed and balcony access
  • Second bedroom: Two queen-size beds
  • Living area: Sleeper sofa

Our stay with Beach Time Rentals at Redington Shores was great! Our condo was located on the beach with just a few steps to the sand. The private community pool was great and something our kids throughly enjoyed. Our condo was just as pictured and described and very clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Book this hidden gem!
