This beautiful beach villa is the perfect solution for a large family or group looking to spread out and enjoy a fantastic time together in a beautiful beach setting.

Our Oceanside Beach Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom + den, 3.5 bath, home that boasts 2400 sf of living space and has 3 levels.

The first level has a 1 car garage, a screened-in covered patio with beautiful outdoor furniture and a custom outdoor kitchen that features a bbq grill, countertops and a mini fridge. Endless ways to relax and entertain continue in your own fenced back yard complete with a fire pit and an outdoor shower.

The second level is an open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen all adjacent to each other.

The beautiful living room with modern, updated décor, a flat-screen TV, and a large comfortable sectional couch from which to enjoy it all. Lots of additional seating areas in the living room as well as the den provide comfortable seating for the entire family.

This amazing ocean view villa is beautifully decorated and has some of the finest furnishings.

This top-of-the-line vacation property has all the amenities you will find at a resort!

The second level also has a screened in balcony with water views.

The gourmet kitchen includes stunning quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, a 5 burner gas cooktop, high-end soft close solid wood cabinetry and a massive island that seats 5 guests. All you need to add is the food and the fun.

The adjacent dining area for 4 makes it easy for everyone to eat.

For your convenience, there is a half bath and a large laundry room right off the kitchen.

The main suite located on the second floor is spacious and features a King bed, a large flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath with dual vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower and oversized closet.

The rest of the bedrooms are located on the third floor.

The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is more of a kids bedroom and offers a Bunk bed with a Trundle bed and a Twin bed – sleeping 4 guests total. We also have a flat-screen TV in this bedroom. The upstaris living room haws a sofa bed too. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

This home features a den located on the third level. Popular with kids and adults this area is perfect for relaxing and watching a movie, playing board games and it could even serve as an extra sleeping area as it has a Sleeper sofa. It's spacious and open. Splashes of color, plus beach-inspired décor, will surprise and delight you making this a wonderful place to experience the coastal lifestyle.

There is a hallway bathroom that features a tub/shower combination.

Third floor has a screened in balcony that has wonderful water views.

Experience amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from 2 screened in balconies and the main gathering rooms.

Location, location location! The beach is literally just across the street. The street behind you has a small soccer field, playground and a nearby gas station. Sweet Sage Café, Mangos Restaurant, Tiki Bar and Conch Republic are walking distance among others.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.

1 car garage + 2 spaces in the driveway – maximum of 3 vehicles.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

Very Nice condo! Across the street from the beach allows for pretty easy access, but you can't really sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was great! We were there for Christmas and were able to prepare dinner and brunch for our family and a larger party staying down the road. Had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Extremely nice place!

Excellent stay at Redington Beach. Exactly as described and great communication with host. The kitchen is well equipped and we made use of the gas grill. Lots of towels and bedding. Beach access close. Walking distance to restaurants, beach shop and liquor store. We had dinner one night at the Conch Republic and breakfast two mornings at Sweet Sage Cafe - highly recommend both! Would definitely return to this Airbnb if in the area!

This was our first stay in this area. We were very pleased with the rental. It had lots of room, very good condition and close to restaurants, stores and the beach. I was initially concerned about being on a main street but beach access was easy due to the cross walk light system. Highly recommend this rental.

Overall really great place. Couch had dog hair on it which was disappointing to someone who is allergic, but otherwise the property was very clean. Beach access was just down the street and very convenient. Neighborhood is very nice and close to restaurants and shops. Beds in the kids room were not very comfortable for an adult (probably would be fine for kids but we had 3 adults so someone had to take the kids room). Kitchen was very well stocked for anything we needed. Lots of spices for cooking but no salt. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets were provided which was great. Loved the wine fridge!

If you think about leaving your home and visiting the Florida Bay area, this is the place!!! Besides being a block from the beach. Redington beach is one of the best towns off Gulf Blvd. More residential and convenient to shops. But for the actual home it was the best stay I have ever had. Like me, the ownwers and Management company pays very close attention to detail! Everything you can think of they had for you. The beds are so comfortable. Yhe showers are great. Plenty of space for unpacking your luggage in a huge walk in closet. Amazing kitchen! Great table for 8 and loved waking up to a cup of coffee and sitting outside on the second floor balcony. This place is located on the Gulf Blvd but don't eorry you can't hear a thing in the bedrooms. Enough towels for evryone. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Plenty of parking. I loved doing the wash in this place. Amazing facilities. Even a wine cooler! Enjoy your stay! We are defintely returning next year! Two thumbs up

This Airbnb is so great. The main room and kitchen are gorgeous. Washer and dryer were such a nice touch. The entire place is extremely clean. There is 3 bedrooms - one king bed, one queen bed, and one room with a twin and bunk beds. The air conditioning is freezing and amazing after being outside all day. All necessities were provided: extra sheets/blankets, towels, beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, blender, coffee maker, beach games and chairs. We had such a wonderful stay. The beach access was a couple blocks down (the one directly across the street was closed due to sea turtle nests). We went to the beach to swim every day and to restaurants in Clearwater, St. Pete, and even did a boat day. Everything was extremely easy to get to. We had such a wonderful stay.

Awesome house!! Great neighborhood and a nice park right around the corner the boys played basketball at everyday. Very clean house with very nice furnishings. Great communication with the host. House was outfitted with everything to get you started quick on a vacation without running to the store right away other than to get food. Beach chairs and toys were the best you can get!! Please please all renters help keep the stuff they provide nice by taking care of it. We will be booking again for sure.

This was an awesome house. We rent often and this house was one of my favorites. It was fresh, clean, had everything we could ask for, (especially since we were traveling by plane and could not come with a carload of stuff.) Tons of nice, new beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and beach towels, also plenty of bath towels, etc. Great layout for two families or one. You have a direct and beautiful view of the water from both screened porch balconies. The walk to the beach is easy, just to the corner with a convenient crosswalk and you are at the beach access. The screen porch downstairs is great for parents to hang out and have a cocktail while kids watch a movie inside. Very convenient outdoor shower as well. Highly recommend!

Overall this is an excellent rental property if you aren't interested in staying in a waterfront home. However it is a short walk to the beach, just remember to cross at the cross walks! It is clean and the floor plan is well though out. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance (Sweet Sage and Conch Republic) and it is a short drive to a Winn Dixie or Publix. The one "suggestion" I have is to coordinate the TV instructions, the laminated instructions by the TV's are incorrect and differs from the instruction in the Rental Binder and we did not discover that until our last day there.

We felt so spoiled in this house. It literally has everything you need and more! The beach is right across the street and the storage room in the patio is filled with everything you need for the beach. The beds were all super comfy, kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities (even had kid plates, bowls, cups and utensils!) and it was super clean and decorated beautifully. We absolutely loved redington beach, as it was not crowded and all of the locals were super friendly. There’s also a shaded playground within walking distance which was super nice for the kids. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely can’t say enough good things about this property. We seriously felt spoiled staying here, as we had everything we could imagine needing for the beach and inside the house. We loved that there were even cups/plates/bowls for kids! It was decorated beautifully, and the beach was so convenient right across the street. The town of Redington was super quaint and the locals were very friendly. We can’t wait to come back again!
