Spacious 4-Bedroom Beachfront Villa for Up to 13 Guests

Welcome to Ocean Dream Villa, a 2,500-square-foot, two-story beachfront vacation rental in Indian Rocks Beach.

With four bedrooms, a designated private splash pool section, Gulf views and room for up to 13 guests, this villa provides a memorable setting for family beach vacations and group getaways directly on the sand.

Open Living, Dining and Chef-Style Kitchen

The ground floor features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen designed for preparing meals during your stay. Highlights include:

Gas griddle and indoor grill
Butcher-block kitchen island
Warming rack
Five-burner gas cooking
Keurig coffee maker
Counter seating for four guests

The adjacent dining area seats eight guests and offers beach views. The comfortable living room includes a 55-inch Smart TV, sofa bed and sliding doors that open directly to the Gulf-facing porch.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

Ocean Dream Villa offers four bedrooms across two levels:

First floor

Bedroom one: Queen-size bed
Hallway bathroom: Shower

Second floor

Second bedroom: Two bunk beds—one twin-over-twin with trundle and one twin-over-full
Third bedroom: King-size bed
Primary bedroom: King-size bed, trundle bed, ensuite bathroom, 65-inch Smart TV and private covered balcony overlooking the Gulf

All bedrooms include premium Cool Gel mattresses. The villa accommodates up to 13 guests.

Gulf-View Porch and Private Covered Balcony

The main living area opens to a private porch facing the Gulf, creating a relaxing spot to enjoy the sea breeze, watch the sunset or spend time together outdoors.

The primary bedroom also features a private covered balcony with views of the Gulf and beach.

Splash Pool, Game Room and Beach Gear

Ocean Dream Villa includes a designated private splash pool section and access to a garage game room with a pool table, foosball table and comfortable seating.

Additional amenities include:

Gas BBQ grill
Two kayaks and one paddleboard for guest use
Direct beach access
Private porch and designated pool area

Please note that the kayaks and paddleboard are shared with the adjacent Ocean Blue Villa.

Shared Pool Patio and Direct Beach Access Details

Ocean Dream and Ocean Blue are adjacent beachfront properties. Each villa has its own designated splash pool section, separated by a wall inside the water for guest separation and comfort.

The pool patio, wood deck and direct beach access are shared between the two properties. Ocean Dream is located on the south side, while Ocean Blue is located on the north side.

Weekend at the beach

Overall

An absolute gem! We spent the weekend at the beach with an all girls group and it couldn't have gone better. This area is very quiet and peaceful. The house itself was immaculate, no issues at all. All of the beds were very comfortable, large smart tvs, top of line appliances, the owner went above and beyond with the interior and exterior of this property. There are kayaks and a paddle board which we used almost daily. There is nothing that can compare to waking up with the incredible views of the beach. I always suggest to pay the extra to have that experience and to be right on the beach. We did not need a car, we walked to have meals daily.

We had the best time in this beautiful home! Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean was amazing. The pool was incredible, and the views were just breathtaking. We loved that Coco’s and a few other great spots were within walking distance. We took an Uber to Clearwater one night and came back to total peace and quiet — the perfect balance. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We had an amazing trip and enjoyed this house so much! Our favorite part was that it was right on the beach. Communication with the manager was quick and easy, check in was easy, our time spent was spectacular. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the pool was pretty cold for swimming, even with it being heated, however, it was February so the coldest time of year. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed for a week in Oct and had an absolute blast with our extended family. The property is large and has different areas for everyone to hang out. The kitchen is better than any vacation rental we have stayed at. The location is perfect, you can rent a golf cart and go to any restaurant, there is a bakery and a diner walking distance to the beach. This area of the beach is very clean and very quiet, it was almost like our private beach getaway. Its got a large covered porch where we saw beautiful sunsets. Check in and check out was very and painless. The kids loved the game rooms too. We hope to be back very soon.
