Welcome to Ocean Blue Villa, a two-story beachfront vacation rental in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. With more than 2,500 square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and space for up to 12 guests, this thoughtfully designed villa is an excellent choice for families and groups looking to stay directly on the Gulf.

Enjoy beach views, a private porch, a splash pool and direct access to the white sands of Indian Rocks Beach—all within walking distance of local restaurants and activities.

Open Living, Dining and Chef-Style Kitchen

The open-concept main living area features soaring ceilings, arched doorways, shiplap details and quality millwork that bring a refined coastal feel to the home.

The spacious living room includes comfortable seating, a 65-inch Smart TV and a sofa bed for added flexibility. Sliding glass doors open onto the private Gulf-view porch, creating a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee, meals outdoors or sunset drinks.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for preparing memorable group meals. Highlights include:

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

All bedrooms are located on the upper level:

Bedroom one: King-size bed
Bedroom two: Two bunk bed sets—one twin-over-twin and one full-over-full with a twin trundle
Primary suite: King-size bed, trundle bed, 65-inch Smart TV, private Gulf-view balcony and ensuite bathroom

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests.

Private Porch and Gulf Views

Open the sliding doors from the living space and step onto your private porch overlooking the Gulf. This outdoor space provides a peaceful setting to listen to the waves, take in the ocean view and enjoy the coastal breeze.

The primary suite also offers a private balcony with beautiful Gulf views.

Splash Pool, Game Room and Beach Gear

Ocean Blue Villa includes a designated private splash pool section for guests to enjoy. The pool patio and wood deck are shared with the adjacent Ocean Dream property; however, each villa has its own designated pool area, separated by an interior wall within the water.

Additional amenities include:

Gas BBQ grill
Two kayaks and one paddleboard for guest use
Direct beach access
Private porch and designated pool space

Please note that the kayaks and paddleboard are shared with the neighboring Ocean Dream property.

Ocean Blue Villa is centrally located in Indian Rocks Beach, allowing guests to walk to local restaurants, attractions and beach activities.

Spend the day kayaking, paddleboarding, relaxing by the pool or enjoying the sand and Gulf waters directly outside your door.

Beautiful Condo in a Fantastic Location

Overall

Great location, beautiful condo, and a very clean environment! There were plenty of pool chairs, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Although the pool heater wasn’t working during our stay, someone came to check it right away, and we were reimbursed for the pool heat. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked again for next year!

Amazing beach views

The home was absolutely beautiful, only second to the amazing beach views. Being right on the beach was like staying in our own private paradise, and having a pool as well was icing on the cake! The kitchen is fit for a chef, the master bedroom and balcony overlooks the gulf, and despite having a house full it never felt cramped. We had an absolutely wonderful weekend, our host was amazing, and the memories my family left with will stay with us for a long time. Best spot in Indian Rocks.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house in Indian Rocks, FL. The house is stunning, with a perfect layout, a private pool, and an incredible porch with an immense view of the ocean. The best part is that it’s just steps away from the water — it truly feels like you are at the beach all day long, even when relaxing at the house. The location is peaceful, quiet, and very relaxing — ideal for unwinding and enjoying the ocean breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended — five stars all the way!

This was a great rental. The unit was spacious, there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys available for use and the location was perfect. You can easily walk to grab coffee, lunch or dinner. The management was very accommodating and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to vacation there again.

We absolutely loved staying here. The place was absolutely gorgeous — inside & out. The pool was an added bonus & walking out onto the beach straight from the house was hard to beat. There are many different restaurants & stores that are walking distance, which was amazing. We highly recommend Beach Wave’s Grill, Guppy’s, & Café de Paris Bakery! Overall, we loved our time here & would definitely go back!

Beach time rentals were easy to get in touch with, fast communication even had meet and greet host meet us upon arrival. We traveled with 7 family members there was more then enough space with 3 full bathrooms within home. The house is gorgeous especially the master en-suite. The beach was beautiful and there was plenty of local eateries and minutes away from Clearwater and John’s Path.

Beautiful place to stay - very clean and spacious. Game room in garage was great, huge laundry/mud room to store our beach stuff, car seats, etc. Tons of closet space in bedrooms and beautiful view from Master balcony. Fantastic beach access. Located in a nice area and very close/quick drive to anything we needed or wanted to do. We were two families with 4 kids under 4 and were very comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

House was in a great location with a restaurant near. We actually rented a golf cart instead of a vehicle and it was a great decision. The house was very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils. Game room was a bonus. Loved the decor! Only issue we had was that we should have booked it for longer as we didnt want to leave!

My family and I rented the Ocean blue. This was truly a 5 star experience and property. Everything was brand new and great quality, the beds are very comfortable, the showers are awesome. The layout worked perfect for us. The primary bedroom was like a dream with ur private balcony. We had our 2 kids sleep with us on the day bed and it did not feel crowded at all. I loved cooking our family dinners in this kitchen (it was better than our kitchen at home!). We truly did not want to leave. This was a memorable vacation for us and we hope to make this a yearly tradition.
