Waterfront 4-Bedroom Home for Up to 14 Guests

Welcome to Mookie’s Beach House, a beautifully updated waterfront retreat on a peaceful saltwater cove in Indian Rocks Beach.

With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private pool and spa, open-water views and room for up to 14 guests, this home is ideal for large families, multigenerational trips and friends vacationing together.

The beach is approximately a 10-minute walk away, giving guests the flexibility to enjoy both bayside relaxation and sandy Gulf adventures.

Main House and Private Mother-in-Law Suite

The property includes a three-bedroom, two-bathroom main house plus a private one-bedroom, one-bathroom mother-in-law suite above the garage.

The separate suite includes a queen-size bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette with counter seating and a small living space. Its private setting is ideal for grandparents, another family or guests who appreciate added privacy.

Open Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The bright, open main living area includes a large sectional sofa and Smart TV, creating a comfortable place for family movie nights or relaxing after a day outside.

The dining area seats six guests, while the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and the essentials needed for meals at home.

Bedrooms and Bathroom Layout

Mookie’s Beach House offers four bedrooms:

Main house

Bedroom one: Queen-size bed
Bedroom two: Two bunk beds, each with a full-size bed on the bottom and twin-size bed on top
Primary bedroom: King-size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Hallway bathroom: Walk-in shower

Mother-in-law suite

Fourth bedroom: Queen-size bed
Suite bathroom: Walk-in shower

The property accommodates up to 14 guests.

Private Pool, Spa and Waterfront Outdoor Living

The private backyard oasis overlooks the peaceful saltwater cove and open water. Spend the day by the pool, relax in the spa, grill outdoors or enjoy a drink by the water.

This waterfront setting offers a quiet place to unwind while remaining close to the beach and Indian Rocks Beach attractions.

Pool and spa heat are available from October through April.

Boat Dock Access and 10-Minute Walk to the Beach

Guests may use the boat dock; however, the boat lift is not available. Trailers cannot be accommodated on the property.

The beach is approximately a 10-minute walk from the home, making it easy to move between waterfront living, pool time and days on the sand.

Overall

Absolutely stunning house with incredible views. The kids especially loved the pool and hot tub and spent so much time enjoying both. It was a wonderful stay overall, and we would absolutely come back again.
