Welcome to Lantana Cabana, a beautifully designed vacation home in North Clearwater Beach.

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open layout and room for up to 10 guests, this inviting home is a great choice for families and friends seeking a comfortable coastal escape. The white sand is only two blocks away.

Gourmet Kitchen, Dining and Two Living Areas

The home features a newly remodeled gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, comfortable living room and separate family room—giving groups plenty of room to gather and spread out.

The dining room seats eight guests, while the kitchen bar provides seating for three more. The family room opens directly to the courtyard, connecting the indoor living space with the outdoor pool area.

Bedrooms and Bathroom Layout

Lantana Cabana offers three bedrooms:

First bedroom: Queen-size bed
Second bedroom: Queen-size bed
Third bedroom: Two queen-size beds
Sunroom: Sleeper sofa

The home includes two full bathrooms:

One bathroom with walk-in shower
One bathroom with tub/shower combination

The property accommodates up to 10 guests.

Courtyard with Shared Lagoon-Style Pool

The family room opens to a lush tropical courtyard with a shared lagoon-style pool, seating and dining areas, plus a BBQ grill.

This peaceful outdoor space is surrounded by tropical landscaping and offers a relaxing place to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Pool heat is available as an optional add-on.

Two Blocks from the Beach and Near Pier 60

Lantana Cabana is located just two blocks from the beach and within a short walk of Pier 60, where visitors can enjoy Clearwater Beach’s nightly sunset celebration.

The convenient North Clearwater Beach location keeps you close to the sand, local dining, shopping and area activities.

Important Details Before Booking

Accommodates up to 10 guests
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms
Shared lagoon-style pool and courtyard
BBQ grill and outdoor seating area
No laundry facilities are currently available
One small pet may be allowed; a $150 plus tax pet fee applies
Pool heat is available for $35 per day plus taxes
Construction is taking place next door to the property
Neighbors across from the pool area are also under renovation
Owner storage spaces are locked and unavailable to guests
Vacationing students, spring breakers and groups of single guests under age 25 are not permitted
The majority of the group must be over age 25 unless the reservation is for a family

Reservations made under false pretenses may be subject to eviction and forfeiture of rent payments and deposits.

Beach Time Rentals strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to help protect your trip if plans change. Travel insurance may be available through Generali, excluding Hawaii and New York. Please review policy terms and coverage before purchasing.

Great Communication & a Pleasant Surprise

Overall

Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and any small issues were handled quickly. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the house actually looked even better in person—it seems like it has been refreshed, making it a great bonus. The location is ideal, with an easy walk to the beach. Being in a more residential area made the beach feel quieter and more private, with no crowds. A wonderful place to stay.

Overall

We came here to relax and catch some ball games, and this spot was perfect for that. The pet-friendly setup and backyard pool made it feel like our own little slice of paradise. We loved taking sunset walks on the beach and trying some of the nearby restaurants.
