Description

Ground-Floor 2-Bedroom Condo for Up to 4 Guests

Welcome to Concha 5, a spacious ground-level beachfront condo in the quiet residential community of Belleair Beach.

With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and room for up to four guests, this updated condo offers a relaxed setting for a small family or beach getaway. Its ground-floor location provides especially easy access to the pool and sand.

Open Living, Dining and Updated Kitchen

The open floor plan places the kitchen, dining area and living room facing the Gulf, allowing guests to enjoy the ocean view throughout the main living space.

The updated, fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and the essentials needed to prepare meals at home. The dining table seats six guests.

The living room includes a sectional sofa, two accent chairs and a flat-screen TV. Open the sliding glass doors and head directly toward the beach.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

Concha 5 offers two comfortable bedrooms:

Primary bedroom: Queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom
Second bedroom: Two twin beds
Hallway bathroom: Tub/shower combination

The condo accommodates up to four guests.

Private Patio with Gulf Views

The private patio offers a shaded outdoor setting for morning coffee, quiet afternoons and taking in the beachfront view.

Tropical landscaping surrounds the community, creating a peaceful atmosphere with well-maintained foliage throughout the grounds.

Shared Heated Pool, Grill Area and Beach Access

The community features a shared beachfront pool, heated during cooler months, along with a shared grill area.

The condo faces the pool, giving guests convenient access to both the water and the beach just beyond it.

Quiet Belleair Beach Location

Concha 5 is set in a private, quiet residential area of Belleair Beach while remaining close to restaurants and attractions in Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach.

I’ve been vacationing in this area for 10 years, staying at various beach front condos, but this one has been my absolute favorite. The view is stunning, the condo is clean and well appointed with kitchen items (pans, utensils, plates etc). Beach Time Rental staff were attentive and great with communication. The pool is fantastic!
