Description

Spacious 3-Bedroom Condo for Up to 6 Guests

Welcome to La Concha 2, a private and spacious two-story beachfront condo in the quiet residential community of Belleair Beach.

Located on the second floor of the building, this 1,900-square-foot condo offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and space for up to six guests. With a Gulf-view balcony, private terrace and direct beach access, it is a peaceful setting for a small family or group getaway.

Open Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The first level features the main living spaces, including two bedrooms, the kitchen and dining area.

The open living room includes comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen TV and beautiful Gulf views. The dining area seats six guests, while the fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and the essentials needed for meals at home.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

La Concha 2 offers three bedrooms across two levels:

First level

Second bedroom: Queen-size bed
Third bedroom: Two twin beds
Hallway bathroom with tub/shower combination

Upper level

Primary bedroom: King-size bed, ensuite bathroom and private beachfront terrace
Den: Full-size sleeper sofa and TV

The condo accommodates up to six guests.

Private Terrace and Gulf-View Balcony

Enjoy spectacular Gulf of Mexico sunsets from the private beachfront terrace off the primary bedroom.

The living room also opens to a beachfront balcony overlooking the shared pool and Gulf. These outdoor spaces create an ideal setting for morning coffee, sunset views and quiet time by the water.

Shared Heated Pool and Direct Beach Access

The community pool is shared and heated during cooler months. From the condo, descend the private staircase and reach the sand in just a few steps.

This combination of pool access and beachfront convenience makes La Concha 2 a memorable Belleair Beach getaway.

Quiet Belleair Beach Location

La Concha 2 is located in a small, secluded residential community in Belleair Beach. While the setting is quiet and private, Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach attractions and restaurants are nearby.

Stunning Views & Exceptional Comfort

Lovely spot on Belleair Beach with beautiful, unadulterated views and plenty of space throughout the condo. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped — truly one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The top balcony offers even more room than the main lounge balcony, giving you plenty of space to sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenery. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back.

This property was in an excellent quiet neighborhood right on the beach. We loved all the amenities and the fact we could walk right down from our balcony thru the pool area to the beach. The place was fully stocked and was well suited for two families like ours. We loved our stay here and hope to stay in this unit in the future!

This place was amazing!! It was the first time we stayed at a condo on the beach and let me tell you it did not disappoint. We could come and go to the beach and back to the condo as much as we wanted. The pool was great. It was a nice peaceful place to stay. They were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever used at a rental. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. The view from the balcony was fantastic!! It was the most wonderful place to stay and would love to stay again in the future!!

We loved this condo. It was very well equipped in the kitchen and baths. Fantastic quiet location. Practically had a private beach and pool. Staircase down to the pool are and beach was such a nice advantage. Allison, our rental host was fantastic and VERY responsive! We would highly recommend this place, and would love to stay here again!

I cannot express how happy we all were with this experience. It far exceeded our expectations and has solidified our needing to return.
Heidi was fantastic in meeting our needs without hesitation or question.
The beds were very comfortable and we had no issues sleeping. All of the accommodations met our needs and truly appreciated the short walk to the beach.
Seeing the turtle nests was a bonus and appreciated the feeling of being on a private beach.
At no time did we feel crowded (there were seven of us) or in search of seating space. Plenty of room and comfortable chairs.
Publix is less than two miles away as well as other fantastic places to eat. Dining in is not an issue. Plenty of pans/dishes for preparing and eating whatever meals you want to prepare.
I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to experience gorgeous sunsets, serenity, and privacy.
