Description

Spacious 3-Bedroom Condo for Up to 6 Guests

Welcome to La Concha 2, a private and spacious two-story beachfront condo in the quiet residential community of Belleair Beach.

Located on the second floor of the building, this 1,900-square-foot condo offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and space for up to six guests. With a Gulf-view balcony, private terrace and direct beach access, it is a peaceful setting for a small family or group getaway.

Open Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The first level features the main living spaces, including two bedrooms, the kitchen and dining area.

The open living room includes comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen TV and beautiful Gulf views. The dining area seats six guests, while the fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and the essentials needed for meals at home.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

La Concha 2 offers three bedrooms across two levels:

First level

  • Second bedroom: Queen-size bed
  • Third bedroom: Two twin beds
  • Hallway bathroom with tub/shower combination

Upper level

  • Primary bedroom: King-size bed, ensuite bathroom and private beachfront terrace
  • Den: Full-size sleeper sofa and TV

The condo accommodates up to six guests.

Private Terrace and Gulf-View Balcony

Enjoy spectacular Gulf of Mexico sunsets from the private beachfront terrace off the primary bedroom.

The living room also opens to a beachfront balcony overlooking the shared pool and Gulf. These outdoor spaces create an ideal setting for morning coffee, sunset views and quiet time by the water.

Shared Heated Pool and Direct Beach Access

The community pool is shared and heated during cooler months. From the condo, descend the private staircase and reach the sand in just a few steps.

La Concha 2 is located in a small, secluded residential community in Belleair Beach. While the setting is quiet and private, Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach attractions and restaurants are nearby.

If you are looking for a get-away on a sandy beach, in a quiet upscale residential setting (completely restored to its natural beauty) this is the one you want to reserve. Sleeps 4, Furnished to entertain 8 at the dining table. Completely stocked kitchen with 10 piece place settings and cookware for any occasion. Patio deck seats 8. Small condo community shares pool and additional lounge and seating. We were very impressed and will return. Walking distance to coffee and casual dining.

This place was perfect for our winter getaway! On our arrival, we were pleased to find the unit clean and accurately described. Check in was easy with the instructions received from Julian. The unit is on the ground floor of a small condo complex, which we found very quiet, with friendly neighbors. There is a beautiful view of the gulf from living room, and it’s just a short walk to the beach. The heated pool was inviting and enjoyable. While we were content to simply hang out at this little oasis, there is plenty to see and do within a short drive. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay, and didn’t want to leave! We wouldn’t hesitate to book this gem again!

This was a great property. Steps from the pool and beach. A residential area, the beach is secluded. We only saw a handful of people on the beach all week. Very quiet and peaceful yet only a short ride away from many restaurants and shops in Clearwater or Indian Rocks. The management company was extremely easy to work with and the condo was in great shape.

We have stayed in this beautiful unit many times now. The open floor plan kitchen, dining room and living room look out on the swimming pool, and the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. This ground floor unit makes going to the beach so easy. And with just eight units sharing the pool, it is never too busy to enjoy. There are seven steps up from the parking lot to this ground floor unit, and just two steps down to the patio, pool and beach. It is a quiet area, not meant for a party crowd, but has plenty to do in the area, with Clearwater Beach just down the road and over the bridge to the north, and Indian Rocks Beach to the south.

We were looking for a bigger place for our annual girls trip and couldn’t be happier that we stumbled across this one. The rental looks just like the pictures. The location is great - about halfway between Clearwater and Madeira beach - close enough to visit but far enough away from the crowds if you just want to relax. Allison, our check in manager, texted about a week before our arrival with info and offered restaurant recommendations. The property was clean and well maintained and the condo was roomy and well stocked with towels and dishes. We discovered the dryer wasn’t working after washing our first load of laundry. No problem. I texted Allison and she immediately offered to send someone to take our clothes to the laundromat to dry them until it could be replaced 2 days later. The ocean and sunsets are wonderful no matter where you stay along the gulf but the experience we had with Beach Time Rentals at this property made it one of our favorite trips. We’ll definitely be back next year!
