This 4-person retreat is tucked away on the North side of Clearwater Beach and is just steps from the white sugary sand!

Beautiful, updated and spacious 1 bedroom cottage featuring a Queen bed and a Sleeper sofa. This has a delightful interior and it accommodates 4 guests. The living room features an accent chair and TV.

Adjacent to the living area is the updated kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all of the amenities needed to make a meal. The kitchen features seating for 4.

The cottage is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, Smart TV and shared laundry.

Location is the cherry on top! It's steps from the sand and walking distance to popular restaurants like Frenchy's, ClearSky, Palm Pavilion and more!

Please note: *This cottage is behind Island Vibes House – both units can be rented separately or together. Each has a private entrance and the only thing that is shared is the laundry area.

*VERY IMPORTANT: There is no parking at this property. The area in front of the house is city easement first come/first serve. Only 1 vehicle will fit but we cannot guarantee or hold parking there. There is also paid parking on the street.
* These properties are ideally for adults as the location can get very busy, however we have had many families stay here with no problem.
*This unit doesn't have an oven or a dishwasher

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

Stayed 4 nights at the cottage to celebrate our anniversary. Our goal was a lot of beach time, relaxing atmosphere, and good eats. Island Vibes Cottage was the perfect location to beach all morning, lunch at high quality restaurants steps from our beach chairs, beach all afternoon and choose from multiple dining options and shopping evenings. We never got in the car. Staff made themselves available and checked in by texts often which was appreciated. What was even better was fact we had all we needed in the cottage. It was clean and comfortable and we needed nothing more. My opinion is the cottage is perfect for couples (probably small for more than two). We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Island Vibes Cottage and staff!

Great location, and perfect size for solo or couples travel. This is the back half of the house, so don’t expect a great view, but once you walk to the front of the house, the back is within sight and a super short walk to the beach! Suggestions for the owners: improve the water pressure and water heater. The bathroom sink water pressure is minimal and takes at least 2-3 minutes to become warm while running hot water only. The shower was a little better. There’s a Speedway directly across the street and everything is within walking distance. I would stay here again!

Great little spot to stay. Very close to the beach. New and updated inside. Clean. Might be more difficult with parking if you have a car, we did not so no issue there. Everything is in walking distance. Tons of restaurants and shops around. Keyless entry made check in and daily use easy without the need to pick up or drop off keys and one less thing to keep track of. No issues with noise at night. Would definitely go back given the opportunity

Great location. A few minute walk to Frenchy’s and beautiful beach water. One minute walk to 24 hrs local convenience store. I will most definitely recommend this spot to family and friends back home.

This property was perfect! The only thing I'd do different is get an UBER from the airport to the cottage (and back to the airport). EVERYTHING is within waking distance from the cottage. Our rental car never moved.

The cottage was immaculate and very close to everything. The beach was visible from the front porch area and the cottage manager I had to contact was extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and could not have asked for anything closer for the price!

Overall it was a very comfortable stay for us at this property. The unit is located literally steps from the beach and very close to downtown area where all the restaurants and other attractions are located. We had pretty much everything we needed to prepare meals (pots, pans, etc.) and also we had plates, cups, silverware to spare. The refrigerator was spacious enough for us to fill it with 5 days worth of food for us and our two kids. There’s a small deck space in the rear of the unit which was convenient for hanging up towels and wet beach clothing after coming back from the beach. We also had a small BBQ grill which even though we didn’t use it’s a welcome addition if you wanted to grill something for dinner. What we had issues with was that one day the management company came to the property to install security cameras and they just simply opened the door one morning and started shouting to see if anyone was in there without even knocking before trying to enter which startled us quite a bit and freaked our babies out because it was really early in the morning. We contacted the host to let her know what was going on and she apologized on behalf of the property management company. We then received a message that they would need to cut power for about a couple hours to do the installation of those security cameras and we pretty much said fine and headed out to the beach. We didn’t have any problems complying with their request but I took issue with the fact that once we went to the beach they entered the unit and did several repairs (broken toilet flusher) and some other work without even asking once again for permission to enter the unit. Aside from that we loved the location, the host was very helpful, and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back to Clearwater Beach and possibly to this cot again if it is available.

We had the unit at the rear of the property. They made use of each inch of the space. It was very clean, completely remodeled, and equipped with all we needed. Perfect location! Walking distance to everything you need and want. Highly recommend!
