This two bedroom, two bathroom condo offers plenty of space and privacy for your family vacation.
Primary bedroom features a King bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Full beds and a hallway bathroom. The Living room has a Sleeper sofa.

The dining area seats 6 guests. Living area is open and has comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV. Completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen.

This property is complete with all the luxuries and more one would expect, providing an ideal location for a fun relaxing wonderful getaway!

Sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset or walk to many restaurants and shops. This unit is located in North Clearwater Beach about 4 blocks from the Pier. It is the best location you could be i.

Unit is located on the second floor, there is no elevator here.

The beach is just 20 yards away!

This place is just steps away from the beach and the heated pool is wonderful -especially on chilly days! This is a nice, quiet neighborhood but still walking distance to downtown. There are a few restaurants just blocks away. The apartment is nice, clean, and bright and has everything we needed! We liked that the bedrooms and bathrooms were not right next to each other so there was more privacy than we expected. I usually prefer hotels when I travel, but really felt like we had all of the conveniences of a hotel plus the benefit of a full kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms. Julian was very kind and proactive in communicating about the apartment. I will definitely stay again!

This place had everything we needed and plenty of space for the 4 of us to stretch out. The pool and beach were so convenient and easy to get to. The area was safe and walkable to several nice restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for me and my 3 nephews from Chicago. On our annual NFL Football outing. The beach was great, it is right there. A friendly local bar "Shipwrecks" was great (less than 1 block walk). A pizza joint across from shipwrecks had good Pizza and calzones . A few blocks up the strip was more nightlife, restaurants, etc. Our favorite on the strip was Hulk Hogan's bar, Friday Oysters for $1 each. The place was just great, there were some beach chairs, a cooler, and other items in the hall closet. Plenty of dishes, some pots & pans, silverware, 2 coffee makers; the kureg and a regular coffee maker. There was filters but no coffee, so bring some to be safe. The furniture was nice, a balcony, plenty of toiletries, showers were excellent. The place was clean, well kept, the beds were awesome, comfortable, plush, the bedding was fresh, there was plenty of towels, for shower & beach. Heated pool was nice. No issues at all. We definitely recommend staying here.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Florida. Our host, Mona, was fabulous and truly cared about making sure our stay was great! The place was clean, great location to the beach. Our kids loved the option to go between beach and pool whenever we wanted.

We truly loved every second of our stay at this beachfront property although it wasn’t right on the beach, it was so close that we walked out our door walked a half a block and we were in the sand. It was amazing. Our balcony view gave us great picture views the sunsets on the beach were amazing we were able to get our family photo because we were so close to.l it! It I felt very safe here everything was gated and took a code to get into, the unit was wonderful it was clean cute plenty of space for us to hang out if we needed to although we weren’t there a lot because we were either on the beach loved the pool loved all the things around to do at the Pier the restaurants found a cute little church. It was amazing we would definitely recommend and definitely want to come back.

Great location to restaurants and literally just steps to the white sands and blue waters. The first day we arrived, i noticed the windows were open in living room. The mechanism to close them was broken, so i contacted the manager and maintenance was there to fix the following morning! Also there were extra toliet paper, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, cream rinse and trash bags.

Close to restaurants and literally steps to the whites sands and warm blue gulf waters. Our first day there i noticed the living room windows were cracked open. I went to close them and noticed the mechanism was broken. I called the property manager and she sent maintenance the next morning to fix; awesome manager!! Not normally left ij other rentals we have stayed in, but There were extra trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, cream rinse, body soap available. Also extra beach chairs, umbrellas and beach bags. Also beds were comfortable!!

The apartment was great, just a few steps from the beach. The pool after the swim from the beach is refreshing too. The apt is very clean, with everything we needed supplied: detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, beach chairs and umbrella, beach toys, kitchen supplies. The location is walking distance to restaurants and pier 60. Mona is an excellent communicator. We will definitely come back :)

We were very happy with this vacation rental. Family of 6 here. The second bedroom is great for kids. 3 of my kids slept in that room. My oldest son (16) preferred the pull out couch in the living area. The location is great - walkable to many restaurants and shops. The location to the beach was awesome. Walgreens and Publix were less than 10 min drive. The property manager was very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is really nice as there is only one set of stairs up, parking is super convenient at the bottom of the stairs, the condo is spacious and has a lot of windows with a lot of light pouring in which brightens the place nicely. We will definitely plan on staying here again!

Great Condo on the beach! Location is perfect, away from the crowds! Condo is very clean, well stocked and comfortable. All the extras were great, plenty of linens, beach towels, chairs and beach toys. Perfect for 6 of us could have actually had 1 or 2 more on the sleeper sofa! The condo was clean and maintained well. The beach is so close lots of places to eat within walking distance. We enjoyed eating at Palm Pavillion, walking on the beach, going to Pier 60 and shopping! We had a wonderful time here. The owner was amazing and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to have a great vacation in Clearwater. Cant wait to book our next visit!

We had an amazing time at this condo! Location was perfect! We were able to access the beach easily, use the pool as much as the kids wanted and save a ton of money cooking and using the outside grills. This is perfect for kids and adults. Very close to shops and restaurants, all walking distance. Can’t wait to come back! It was so easy to reach out to property management and everything was clean!!!

WOW! This was the perfect place for a family with young kiddos eager to hit the beach daily! Very easy access to the sand and water, and not too far from shops and restaurants.
