Our East Shore Cottage No. 490 is nestled in the heart of the tourist district offering modern accommodations designed for any kind of vacationer. This beautiful beach cottage is within walking distance to the beach, beach shops and restaurants.

This inviting getaway is perfect for a small family or couples looking to spend some time in the sun!

Experience this unique combination of beach charm, elevated service and sophisticated amenities and get ready to relax, unwind and create memories that will last a lifetime!

This newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat boasts a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials and stainless steel appliances, and table seating for 5 guests and an elevated bar area that hosts seating for another 3 guests. In the evenings, kick back, relax, and watch TV in the comfortable living area or on the outside patio complete with a BBQ grill.

The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. The primary bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a shower.

A complete laundry room is right off the patio area.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Spend your day walking along the pristine white sandy beach which is just a block away from this beautiful beach cottage. There are many other activities just steps outside this street. Our rental property is located in a central area walking distance to the Pier, restaurants and much more.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

I can't say enough good things about the property and the property manager. The house was absolutely fantastic and was just as described. It is in the perfect location. From the day before the trip and all the way through, communication from the property manager was outstanding. I highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Clearwater Beach.

Great place! Walkable to many restaurants, bars, and shops. AC units in each room helped keep the place cool when it was super hot outside. Good for groups since there are 2 bathrooms. Kitchen essentials provided were good. Laundry house was a nice addition. Would stay again when visiting Clearwater.

We recently stayed at Frenchy’s Cottage 490 in Clearwater. The cottage met all of our expectations and more. It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a few days of rest and relaxation at the beach! We appreciated having on-site laundry and took use of the beach chairs and towels available. The cottage is within close walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. I would not hesitate to recommend Frenchy’s cottages.

This place is great. Private house 3 bedrooms 5min walk to beach and also short walk to restaurants and shopping. House is really nice, in very good shape. Nice private backyard. Highly recommend!!

Great weekend stay. Easy instructions to enter. Very clean and close to the beach. Super helpful that people leave beach chairs in the laundry room but if not, the company does have beach accessories rentals. The Keurig machine didn’t work but if it did, there are some coffee pods at the house. Nice grill that we didn’t get to use but will definitely return.

The house was just as advertised. We arrived to a clean and well kept home with the amenities described. The location couldn't have been better with an easy walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants. There was ample parking at the unit as well. Our favorite spot was the nicely landscaped and private back patio. The booking manager, Mona, was fantastic! Mona was friendly and proactive in her communication. Mona also provided information regarding the immediate area and restaurant recommendation. I will book this house again in the future.

Everything was amazing. They were very accommodating the entire time and customer service went above and beyond even allowing us to check in early with a small fee. Everyone enjoyed the property and we’re referring the place to other people we met while out in Clearwater as well as friends and family. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Frenchy's cottage. Walking to the beach was a breeze and the cottage is located just around the corner from the main strip so we were able to get around very easily. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our week-long stay here over New Years. Great location with easy walk to pristine beaches, really good restaurants and local shops. Everything was as advertised. The Frenchy’s Cottages are in the perfect spot. We drove down from Atlanta and stayed 5 days. With the exception of 1 Walmart run, our minivan sat in the driveway the entire duration.

Walkable to the beach and all the shops and eateries of Clearwater.

Now, you will need condiments and laundry supplies as there are none. You will need nothing else, beach towels, chairs, etc. The grill had propane and all that stuff too.

I’ll also warn you, the beds are firm. That’s about it.

All in all this was a great place to stay - perfect location, updated furnishings, quiet neighborhood, and had all the essentials we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the porches, the closeness to the beach and restaurants, and ease of check in and out. Recommend staying here!
