Our East Shore Cottage No. 486 is nestled in the heart of the tourist district offering modern accommodations designed for any kind of vacationer. This beautiful beach cottage is within walking distance to the beach, beach shops and restaurants.

This inviting getaway is perfect for a small family or couples looking to spend some time in the sun!

Experience this unique combination of beach charm, elevated service and sophisticated amenities and get ready to relax, unwind and create memories that will last a lifetime!

This newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat boasts a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials and stainless steel appliances, and table seating for 4 guests and an elevated bar area that hosts seating for another 4 guests. In the evenings, kick back, relax, and watch TV in the comfortable living area or on the outside patio complete with a BBQ grill.

The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. In the Living room is a Sleeper sofa. The primary bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a shower.

A complete laundry room is right off the patio area.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Spend your day walking along the pristine white sandy beach which is just a block away from this beautiful beach cottage. There are many other activities just steps outside this street. Our rental property is located in a central area walking distance to the Pier, restaurants and much more.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

The property was clean, well appointed, comfy, and a great location. We walked mostly everywhere with great access to the beach! Very roomy and accommodating to our visitors who came at various times during our 2 week stay.Our pooch loved it as well and all the walks we took around the area. We really loved our accommodations! Beds were super comfortable.

This place is great! 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and lots of restaurants and shops. The place is very clean with a nice back yard to sit in. I would love to come back and stay at this location again. Host was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Very very happy!

We had a blast staying Beach Time! It truly is the perfect location with the cutest spots and really fun restaurants and bars all around the area. We were able to walk to the beach and it was convenient to everything we needed. The place was the perfect size, no one felt on top of each other, and the layout was great for us to just hang out after a long day. Joanie was also so easy to communicate with and made everything simple and enjoyable. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

The location was in easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and liquor store. Everything we needed was provided including kitchenware, towels, free washer and dryer on the premises, free parking, beach toys, cooler and beach chairs. The property manager was very responsive day or night and immediately took care of a plumbing issue we had. If you like beach bungalows vs. high rises, this is the place.

This rental was perfect for our little 40th birthday celebration! All bedrooms were very comfortable! Even the sleeper sofa was great! The kitchen was well-stocked, organized and very clean! We enjoyed the cute little backyard so much! The landscaping made for great picture backgrounds!
The overall cleanliness of this house was very impressive!
The location was perfect! So close to so many restaurants, bars, shops and the beach! We didn’t need a car at all!
The property manager was great too and responded to questions right away.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Overall

Location was amazing for spring break! My daughter and her sorority sisters had a blast! The space was roomy enough for eight and had a nice large kitchen with a great outside area for breakfast, drinks or dinner. Just a quick walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. Communication with the host was also amazing...very quick response! Would highly recommend!

Loved staying at Frenchy's cottage. It was clean and adorable! It was an easy walk to the beautiful beach. Lots of places to eat and fun shops close by. Felt very private. Mona was wonderful to work with! no complaints. We are planning a return trip.
