We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom home in Florida! It comfortably fit our group of 7, with plenty of parking space for up to 3 cars. Everything was spotless and well-organized, and we loved spending our evenings around the spacious dining table playing board games. The recent remodel made the place feel modern and welcoming, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach and close to great local restaurants. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway, and we’d love to stay here again!

My family and I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and close to local attractions, making it perfect for our family outings. The space itself was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the outdoor patio, which was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee together while soaking up the Florida sun.

We loved our little pink house! The location was perfect - 5 to 10 minutes walk to everything (beach, shops, restaurants, Pier 60). The house was just as described if not better. There was more than enough room for our family of 4, and the kids loved having their own rooms equipped with a big bed and TV. The hosts provided beach chairs and some toys which were a tremendous asset. I would recommend asking the host for specific items - we didn't have everything that was in the picture. Beach Time Rentals thought of everything to provide us with a home away from home! Looking forward to vacationing with them again.

The cottage was perfect for the 6 of us!! We enjoyed time on the front porch and the back patio. We grilled burgers, did laundry and took many walks on the beach and to the local shops and restaurants. It was very comfortable, nicely located to everything. We used the suggestions provided by the host to get fuel, groceries and have breakfast. We did many tourist attractions in the area and walked to all of them. The location was my favorite part as we literally walked to the beach morning, noon and night. The host was very responsive and great at communicating with us.

We have stayed in many places on Clearwater over the years but this was by far our favorite. Manager was so helpful and accessible by text. House was clean, beautiful, and perfect for a family. Even the fenced in back patio was amazing and perfect for kids to play without being able to run away. Loved every minute and we will be back!

This place is great! 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and lots of restaurants and shops. The place is very clean with a nice back yard to sit in. I would love to come back and stay at this location again. Host was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Very very happy!

We had a blast staying Beach Time! It truly is the perfect location with the cutest spots and really fun restaurants and bars all around the area. We were able to walk to the beach and it was convenient to everything we needed. The place was the perfect size, no one felt on top of each other, and the layout was great for us to just hang out after a long day. Joanie was also so easy to communicate with and made everything simple and enjoyable. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

The location was in easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and liquor store. Everything we needed was provided including kitchenware, towels, free washer and dryer on the premises, free parking, beach toys, cooler and beach chairs. The property manager was very responsive day or night and immediately took care of a plumbing issue we had. If you like beach bungalows vs. high rises, this is the place.

This rental was perfect for our little 40th birthday celebration! All bedrooms were very comfortable! Even the sleeper sofa was great! The kitchen was well-stocked, organized and very clean! We enjoyed the cute little backyard so much! The landscaping made for great picture backgrounds!
The overall cleanliness of this house was very impressive!
The location was perfect! So close to so many restaurants, bars, shops and the beach! We didn’t need a car at all!
The property manager was great too and responded to questions right away.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Location was amazing for spring break! My daughter and her sorority sisters had a blast! The space was roomy enough for eight and had a nice large kitchen with a great outside area for breakfast, drinks or dinner. Just a quick walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. Communication with the host was also amazing...very quick response! Would highly recommend!
