Spacious 5-Bedroom Waterfront Home for Up to 10 Guests

Welcome to Florida Villa, a distinctive 4,500-square-foot waterfront retreat in Crystal Beach.

This two-story home offers five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a brand-new private pool and expansive water views from multiple areas of the property. Designed for family vacations and group escapes, Florida Villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

Open Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The first floor features an open living, dining and kitchen area with high ceilings, large windows and water views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an eat-in bar. The dining table seats eight guests, with four additional seats in the breakfast area and two more at the breakfast bar.

The living and dining areas provide a spacious place for everyone to gather, relax and enjoy the views and sunsets over the water.

Bedrooms and Bathroom Layout

Florida Villa offers five bedrooms across two floors:

First floor

Bedroom one: Bunk bed
Bedroom two: Queen-size bed and private bathroom
Second bathroom: Located near the laundry area

Second floor

Third bedroom: Queen-size bed
Fourth bedroom: Queen-size bed
Shared bathroom: Serves the third and fourth bedrooms
Primary bedroom: King-size bed, private bathroom and access to the large waterfront balcony

The second floor also includes an additional living area with bright furnishings, a mini bar, sofa bed and access to the balcony.

Private Pool, Covered Porch and Outdoor Living

The private pool faces the water and is complemented by a covered porch with waterfront views.

Enjoy outdoor dining, grilling, pool time and lounging in the comfortable outdoor furniture. The covered porch and outdoor areas offer plenty of space to gather with family and friends.

Pool heat is available from October through April.

Second Living Area and Waterfront Balcony

The large second-floor balcony offers a peaceful setting for breakfast, evening drinks and sunset views.

With multiple porches and water-facing outdoor spaces, Florida Villa provides many ways to enjoy the coastal setting, fresh breezes and surrounding wildlife.

Private Fishing Dock and Crystal Beach Water Views

The property includes a private dock where guests can enjoy fishing and taking in the waterfront surroundings.

Watch for dolphins, egrets, pelicans and other coastal wildlife from the home’s porches and balconies. A freshwater spring and cavern are located directly offshore.

Please note that boats are not permitted to dock at the property.

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful. We are a family of seven, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Being right on the water was magical. The guys had a great time catching fish every day. We saw dolphins playing in the water while eating breakfast. It was truly a wonderful place to have our family vacation, and we will definitely come back!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property as we love the house and the location. We love watching the dolphins swim by, watching the fish jump, and seeing the other marine life in the clear water. House is very clean with good amenities. Good layout with lots of space to relax. The manager is very responsive.

Celebrated husband's 70th birthday! The house was private, for our family to enjoy each other. Beautiful sunsets everyday. Saw dolphins, variety of bird life, fish jumping in the Gulf. Grandchildren enjoyed pool daily. Hired Chef David to prepare a surprise dinner for the birthday boy! We will return.

The property was nice and in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out on the dock as we seen aquatic wildlife of dolphins, fish, pelicans, manatee and nurse shark during our 6 day stay! There was shopping centers nearby for our convience. Our party of 10 had a lot of room to spread out so we did not feel like we were on top of eachother. Overall, a graet place to stay!

The Luxury Beach Villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood right on the bay. The home was very clean and perfect space for our family of 12. If I had to critique anything it would be the pool maintenance, there was no set maintenance schedule, the pool went multiple (5+) days without anyone checking levels, balancing algae, vacuuming, etc. when they did come mid day we had to get out for 2+ hours- a scheduled maintenance time would have been nice to know ahead of time. Having a pool on property is a nice amenity and was a selling point for our family, but when we couldn’t use it because of random maintenance issues, it was frustrating.

We saw dolphins almost every day! Our property manager was wonderful and very responsive. Great location and nice home. Only complaints are that the lawn was overgrown and never mown, and the door going to the pool was broke and screwed on. Very inconvenient having to walk all the way around the porch in the high grass to get to the pool.

The views were amazing. We were able to see a lot sea life off the dock. We were able to see a shark, dolphins, stingray, starfish, a turtle and other unique fish.

This property pleased everyone in our group. The neighborhood was easy to access yet provided ample privacy. The pool was a hit with the grandkids. There was an impressive amount of seating in the living room and plenty of sleeping area. The fishermen appreciated the dock but the star of the show was the extended balcony with its expansive view of the Gulf and those nightly breathtaking sunsets. An incredibly relaxing experience for all!

This home was perfect for our extended family of two grandparents, four adult children and six grandchildren. We all had our own bedrooms and the living area provided adequate seating for all of us. The pool was a big hit with the grandkids while the dock was enjoyed by the fishermen among us. The large balcony provided an excellent spot to survey the Gulf of Mexico and admire the spectacular sunsets. This has been our favorite home away from home by far.

My family enjoyed the pool and swam everyday. The screened porch is great for the adults in the evenings after the kids went to bed. The view of the gulf was wonderful from many rooms of the house. We saw dolphins on multiple occasions. Problems were addressed quickly and our property manager was very nice and helpful.

We had a great time. The pool gave my grandkids plenty to do and the adults enjoyed the screened porch and the awesome view. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, cups and silverware, as well as pots and pans, to allow us to cook dinner on several occasions.

We had a wonderful time! Easy drive to any where in the Tampa area.
The best feature to the house was the view and serenity of the area.
The Sunsets were spectacular the sunrises were beautiful.
My Wife and I sat on the dock and watched the fish jump and the boats heading to and from the sea.
One morning a dolphin even came by and had breakfast under our dock.
Bug spray at dusk will be needed for your ankles.
We rented kayaks that were delivered to our house, my kids and wife enjoyed the day kayaking to the near by Islands while I watched.
There was too much to see in the Tampa area for one week so we'll have to come back.

You just can’t say enough about the property. It was simply amazing. The property was has everything to offer. Taking an evening swim while watching the sunset is second to none. The daily dolphin sightings are unique to any house I have stayed at in Florida. Plenty to do within a half hour from this location. Will definitely be going back in the future.

We had the most wonderful time hanging out at this beautiful waterfront vacation home. 5 bedrooms allowed us to spread out and have our own space and the dock provided hours of entertainment for our 13 year old.

This is a great house at a gorgeous location. It’s big and complete with everything you would need. It could use a little decor updating-but is really comfortable and perfect to entertain a big family in. The pool is nice and clean, next to the pier where you can catch fish and stunning sunsets. We had a wonderful relationship with the manager who was a big help in so many ways. We highly recommend this home for a fun filled Florida vacation.
