Description

Renovated 2-Bedroom Condo Steps from Clearwater Beach

Welcome to Fins Up, a newly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Villas of Clearwater Beach. Located on the top floor of Building B, this approximately 1,100-square-foot vacation rental accommodates up to six guests and features an open floor plan, high ceilings, renovated kitchen, and private balcony.

With the shared pool and beach just steps away, this is a true beachside stay—no streets to cross between the property and Clearwater Beach.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom features two full-size beds and a Smart TV, creating a practical layout for families or groups traveling together.

Open Living Area, Kitchen and Balcony

The open floor plan and high ceilings create a bright, comfortable space to relax between beach days. The living room offers ample seating and access to the private balcony, ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The dining area provides space for shared meals, while the renovated kitchen includes brand-new GE appliances and quartz countertops for easy breakfasts, snacks, and dinners at home.

Shared Pool, Grills and Direct Beach Access

Guests at Fins Up can enjoy the shared pool, outdoor grilling areas, and direct beach access at Villas of Clearwater Beach. Simply head down the stairs toward the pool and continue to the sand.

The community also offers guest-only pool access and assigned parking.

Important Pool Closure Notice

The shared pool will be closed for renovations from September 12 through October 5, 2026. Please consider this closure before confirming your reservation.

Everything was very specific to detail. The pictures were accurate and up to date. The unit was very clean, no dust, smelled clean, and extremely happy with no mold or bugs!!!! I did not encounter 1 bug the entire 8 days I stayed. In 13 years that has never happened in any location on Clearwater Beach. The communication with the host was very prompt, and responsive. There were beach chairs, towels, accesories in the unit. I could not be happier with the location. I will seek this property only for future vacations!

Oh my gosh, this place is truly amazing! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. The villa had all the comforts of home, making our stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Communication with management was easy and smooth whenever we had questions. Just stayed for 3 nights from Wisconsin. Perfect condo with 2 bathrooms and vaulted ceilings that makes the place seem twice as big. Tv, furniture, table are higher end and very nice. 30 steps to the beach makes life very easy.

Loved the condo. It's on the 2nd floor of a building that is super close to the beach. My small kids and I took the walk down every day, it was not hectic (as it usually is) so I was very glad for the short distance to the beach. The pool is also right there! In terms of location this condo is a winner. The interior is very nice as well. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and the condo itself is very comfortable. We are so glad to have found this place.
