Spacious 4-Bedroom Villa for Up to 12 Guests

Welcome to Exclusive Isla Bonita, a bright and spacious three-story vacation villa in Indian Rocks Beach. Located within a gated community just steps from the beach, this 3,000-square-foot home offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms and plenty of room for up to 12 guests.

With a private splash pool, two large balconies, comfortable gathering areas and easy access to the beach, this home is an excellent choice for families and group getaways.

Open Living, Dining and Fully Equipped Kitchen

The second level features an open living, dining and kitchen area designed for time together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, range, toaster, coffeemaker, cookware, dishes and cooking utensils. An under-counter wine refrigerator adds a convenient touch for entertaining.

The bright living room features plush sofas, multiple seating areas and a serene coastal design. Step outside to the large second-floor balcony, which offers a comfortable seating area and partial water views.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

The villa offers four bedrooms across the first and third floors:

First floor

Bedroom one: Two queen-size beds, private bathroom, mini refrigerator and direct access to the private splash pool

Third floor

Bedroom two: Queen-size bed
Bedroom three: Two twin beds
Primary bedroom: King-size bed, trundle bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and access to the upper balcony
Hallway bathroom: Shared by bedrooms two and three

The property accommodates up to 12 guests.

Two Balconies with Partial Gulf Views

Enjoy the Gulf Coast atmosphere from two large balconies. Both offer partial Gulf views, places to relax outdoors and opportunities to watch passing boats and local wildlife.

The upper-level balcony, accessible from the primary bedroom, also includes seating and a space for soaking up the Florida sun.

Private Splash Pool and Outdoor Living

The first-floor outdoor area includes a private splash-style plunge pool and gas grill, providing a refreshing place to relax after the beach.

The plunge pool measures approximately 16 feet long by 6 feet wide and is approximately 4.5 feet deep. Optional pool heat is available during cooler months.

Gated Community Steps from the Beach

Exclusive Isla Bonita is located in a secluded gated community that faces an open courtyard just steps from the beach.

Spend the day swimming, shelling, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, strolling along the shoreline or enjoying the nearby shops and restaurants of Indian Rocks Beach. Clearwater Beach is also only a short drive away.

We had an amazing time! The location is perfect, the beach was great and not overly crowded! House was wonderful with lots of room for our group of 8, plus its gated so the only other foot traffic was other residents. There’s so much to do close by, we walked a lot. We were in a huge ford transit van and still managed to park it inside the garage, it was tight but doable. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend staying here!

Our family absolutely loved our stay! We could walk right onto the beach straight from the house in 2 minutes. The gate for privacy was nice and we were within walking distance to several restaurants/dessert shops. The house was clean and spacious. Host was very responsive throughout the entire process.

My family and I loved our stay at Isla Bonita! The place is huge and very clean. Joanie, our check in manager, was very helpful and I was able to reach her whenever I had a question. We loved that you could see the ocean from the house and it had its own private entrance to the beach which was just steps away. The surrounding area is quiet and has many restaurants within walking distance. The location is just perfect! . Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again

We loved our house..many areas do enjoy the outdoors & beachviews. We loved coming back to the plunge pool after the beach to cool off!
The deck which looked out to the beach was perfect to have breakfast or lunch on. The kitchen had everything we needed.
My only suggestions would be to add an ice machine to fill coolers. The steps can also be a little tricky to navigate on the lower level.
Otherwise, absolute perfection.

We loved our time at this location. Easy beach access, private pool area, lots of space inside! We traveled as a group of 2 families with 4 adults and 7 kids and had plenty of room. Joanie was wonderful to work with for check in and out. We would definitely come to this location again.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped! The pool was nice and had an extra, higher child lock on the sliding glass door in the downstairs bedroom allowing us to feel extra secure while traveling with children! Communication and check in was a breeze! With a 30 second walk to the most beautiful beach, we cannot wait to come back! Pictures don’t do the house justice!

We had an outstanding time at our sons wedding. What a great place to stay. Happy we didn’t go to Clearwater Beach, is it much quieter and less traffic at the location. House is a great size and setup. Three bedrooms on the top floor, kitchen and living area in the middle, and bedroom with access to the garage on the lower floor. I highly recommend this home and would stay again. Short walk to the beach and with a small pool it made the house perfect for us.

We have stayed at this complex a number of years. It is a great vacation spot. The buildings are well planned, and very clean. One of the biggest assets is dealing with Mona as we reserve out time or have any questions or issues.
Only two suggestions--this last year at Isla Bonita, a couple of the beds--i think were new, the twins---they were very noisy and hard---everytime you moved they creeked. One other suggestion for the pool---if we are going to pay the extra fee it would be nice if we could get the Temp up to around 90 or so. The small pools are nice, but 85 dosent seem warm enough.
The place is great overall, and please take my suggestions as constructive. I am not complaining.

Perfect size/space for mulitgenerational family of 8. Everyone had a wonderful time, especially being so close to beach.
There were a few things that weren't' working (or we couldn't figure out how to use) -including the jets in the master bath and the overhead shower head in masterbath as well as the overhead light in the master bedroom. We didnt feel they warranted a call to management as the other lights and shower head worked but would have been good to know ahead of time about the jets in the tub. That is really the only complaint I can think of. Everything else was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

3 families, 12 total adults, had a blast! The house worked out perfectly for us. Being right on the beach was perfect. The splash pool was heated for sitting in after a swim in the ocean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The large table housed us for family meals and game nights. We had a blast and can’t wait till next year.

My whole family traveled to FL to celebrate a milestone birthday. Overall we were satisfied with the property. The space/size, amenities & location were good. The downside was we paid for heating our pool all week but it never was. We are getting a refund but our 2 & 4 year old granddaughters were disappointed (they're afraid of going in the ocean). Also, the parking can be a hassle (only allowed in the garage).

This is our fourth time using Beach Time Rentals. They are always easy to work with. There staff always goes above and beyond. The house was clean and my family loved the open concept of the living space. We tend to hang out near the kitchen in the evening. There is plenty of room for our family to come together. The only draw back in the parking.
