It's the same gorgeous turquoise water beach as Clearwater but not crowded. Facing the beach, the house features a private fenced yard and a heated pool. The beach has "white sugar" sand and clear and warm Gulf waters with low waves. Restaurants, bars, and a shop for renting paddleboards or bicycles are within a short walking distance. The home is also within 2 hours’ drive to Orlando Disney Parks and Universal Studios, if you wanted to make it a day trip. The Exclusive Aqua Escape is located in a gated community. It boasts a distinctive Key West style of a bright-colored cottage with multi-story wrap around verandahs. Windows throughout the three floors provide endless water views. Expansive balconies offer the perfect space for gathering with loved ones and enjoying the most spectacular sunsets. From the pristine landscaping and outdoor area to the comfortable spaces inside, you're sure to enjoy every part of this house during your vacation.

On the first floor, you'll find a Master bedroom with a King bed, wet bar, desk and chair, 60" TV, and a full bathroom. Sliding doors lead to the private pool and your own BBQ and outdoor dining area.

Second floor features an open floorplan with the living room, well-equipped chef's kitchen with an island, a dining table that seats 12, and a half bathroom. Sit back and enjoy your friends and family in the comfy living area, watching a 75” 4K TV. Share a meal with friends at a large teak dining table on a deep covered deck. A spiral staircase leads to the pool area.

Third floor features 2 Master bedrooms, 2 bunk bedrooms, and a large balcony.

Relax in the peaceful larger Master bedroom decorated with wood furniture. It includes a King bed, walk-in closet, a workspace, bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a stone-tiled steam shower. It features a vast covered balcony accessible through sliding doors, with scenic beach and palm tree views.

Located down the hall from the larger Master bedroom are 3 additional bedrooms perfect for accommodating friends and family.
Another Master bedroom boasts a California King bed fit for taller guests, a 27” TV, and a private bathroom. This bedroom has a window overlooking the beach and a sliding door to the third-floor balcony.

The first bunkroom bedroom also has beach and ocean views. It boasts Queen bunk beds, a separate vanity with a shared bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bunk bedroom offers a Queen size bed on the bottom and Twin XL bed on the top. This room has beanbag chairs, ideal for kids to enjoy gaming, cartoons, or movies on the 50” TV.

The home fits up to 13 guests.

Important details:

We had a group of 10 family members, six adults and four children. The house was large and accommodated us all comfortably. It is right on the beach and has a nice size heated pool. We would happily stay here again

The house, location, proximity to the gulf, huge balconies, comfortable beds, & pool with overflow were all amazing. Owner has beach umbrellas & a few beach chairs. Joanie at the agency was easy to work with. Would go again. Only downside is for older people- the spiral staircase is a workout!

Great place for a family vacation

This house was perfect! So close to the beach! Huge balcony with plenty of seating. Needed a little touch up of paint but overall was awesome! Rental agency was on the ball about anything. Owner has plenty of basics like TP, shower necessities, beach umbrellas, etc. would definitely stay again.

It’s our 2nd time staying at this house. It’s just steps to the beach and the pool makes it great for those that don’t like the beach. Great places to eat are an easy drive just minutes away, but this house has everything you need if you want to cook or grill.

This is our 2nd vacation staying here. With the exception of the house alarm going off at 4a.m., we had a great time. This house is right on the beach and has a pool large enough for all 10 of us. You really don't need to bring anything extra with you, this house has it all . You are within walking distance of a few restaurants and a short drive to others. Looking forward to next year. There is plenty of rooms for the 10 of us.

Our family spent a week here and loved every minute of it. We never wanted to leave and spent most of our time at the pool, beach (which is even closer than the pictures show), and on the 2nd level deck. The house is nicely decorated and has everything you can imagine stocked in the closets and the kitchen area. The appliances are all top line and in great working condition. The outside deck furniture, pool area and outside bins filled with beach toys & equipment were great for us and our 2 year old. The outside covered area near where the grill is located is a great place to hang. The architectural work on the cabinets and counters make it a wonderful place to serve dinners and lunches at. The outside bar area with bar stools was great to be able to stay outside by the pool and eat. The neighborhood (6 houses total) had great privacy with the fenced in gated entrance. This house is one of (if not the best) locations being oceanfront and having a larger yard and pool area. Only complaint was that the MB upstairs had no tv or night lights or lamps. It only had 8 overhead lights that were very bright especially at night. We inquired about the TV but no one got back to us where it was. Not that we watched a lot of TV but it would have been nice to catch the weather a couple times with some storms approaching our area. Overall, this is an awesome house and we are already talking about another family vacation here again with another new addition to our family coming!

Amazing home with everything you could ever dream of needing. The pool was much larger than a typical personal pool with numerous chairs and pool toys. The 2 decks made watching the waves and especially sunsets unbelievable. the family sized tables, inside and one the deck made meal time extra special. The amount of personal spaces in this vacation home gave everyone the ability to chill when needed. The weather was a true blessing...including the afternoon and evening storms and rainbows. With the beach and the clear and calm waves just steps away, our family celebration was truly magical.

Our family of ten, my husband and I, our adult children, and our four grandchildren loved the pool, the large balcony with a table that we all ate around, and the view! Gorgeous sunsets!
The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pool toys and beach towels.
Do not bring an extended SUV. It won’t fit in the garage.
We enjoyed our stay! The house and property were very clean and just like the pictures!

We spent a week here in late February and it was all we could have hoped for. The weather was fantastic which set the stage but the house and property were the real stars! Given we had two young grandkids with us the second floor outdoor veranda was the focal point for much of our activity. This veranda was right off the main floor kitchen and family room, was well furnished, shaded, had a gorgeous view of the beach with beautiful warm breezes. Because of the railings and gate on the stairs this was a great place for kids to run around. From there we could easily take the outdoor spiral staircase down to the pool and beach which we did many times each day. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was a good investment. We all loved splashing around several times each day. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to eat all meals outside on the veranda where we enjoyed the view and breezes. The five bedrooms worked perfectly and gave everyone lots of privacy. It was a beautiful spot. One thing that surprised us was the garage was a very tight fit for the van we had rented. I noticed that large vehicles had problems fitting in the garages at the other houses in the complex too. Not a deal breaker by any means but good to know in advance.

The house was quite comfortable and we loved the location with outdoor decks and pool. If someone isn't comfortable with a lot of steps this is not the house for them. Also, parking in the garage is very tight and there's no place for any extra cars to park.

We rented this house for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. The location is perfect. Steps from the quiet beach. The house was great - very clean. A couple of things that we loved that weren't noted in the listing - garage fridge and the added spiral staircase down from the kitchen level to the pool. We loved this house so much we are looking to find a time when we can all make it back again, to the same house! We usually like to explore new areas, but this house had everything we needed and more!

The property was as described on the Beach Time Rental site. The home was very reasonably and thoughtfully furnished and supplied. The kitchen had everything you could need except we found it odd a microwave cover was not available. The only disappointment to our stay was the pool heater was out, was under manufacturer warranty, and could not be repaired the 7 days we were there. The ocean and pool water temperatures were both around 60 degrees (second week of February). The kids and young adults swam in both waters but not as much as we would have liked. Joanie responded promptly to our text messages. Local park was 2 blocks away with playground and pickleball/tennis courts. Plenty of places to eat although we enjoyed Salt Rock Grill the best. We would come back again if the opportunity arose although I think we would pick a time where a pool heater outage would not be as significant. Note other visitors have also reported pool heater outages.

This clean & spacious home was perfect for our annual Thanksgiving family reunion of 7 adults & 2 small children, & the best house we have ever rented for our group. The furniture was all high-quality, the kitchen was fully stocked including plenty of sharp knives, there were more than enough plush bath & beach towels, & lots of pool & beach chairs as well as beach toys. The location can't be beat & there are views of the water from every bedroom. However, the garage spaces are small so plan your rental car accordingly. The property manager was extremely quick to respond to my texts. You will love it here!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the sunsets and seeing the moon lit water, listening to the waves wash on shore and I got to see this from the mermaid bedroom!! Only 1 of 5! The kitchen, dining room and living room were perfect for us to hang out and watch tv. It was also a great talking area while setting up for meals and cooking altogether. I can’t say enough to be able to share this memorable experience. The description of the rental is accurate. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

We have been to Indian Rocks Beach in the past and love the area. The beaches are so quiet, peaceful and just beyond beautiful. We were very happy with this home as well. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything you need. We stayed here with 3 other couples and there was plenty of room.The property manager was very helpful and responsive,also provided resturant recommendations. Frenchy's Rockaway was awesome in Clearwater, just about 15 minutes away.
The only minor thing that could have made this home perfect would have been an exit from the kitchen to the pool, maybe a staircase off that balcony instead of through the downstairs bedroom. Overall, we would rent this home again!!

This property is amazing! We had seven adults and five children and it was plenty of space for everyone. It is super close to the beach and the nightly sunsets from the deck were incredible. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need (except a wine opener!) and we enjoyed cooking meals for our group. The kids loved having our own private pool. Joanie was always just a text away and was very quick to answer any questions or issues. We would highly recommend this location and look forward to staying here again!

This house is great for a large group! We had 12 people ages 71-3 and it was the perfect set up. We loved the proximity to the beach and the sunsets from the deck were amazing. The kids loved the pool. The kitchen is well stocked (except for a wine opener!) and we enjoyed cooking meals each night. The check in manager, Joanie, was always quick to answer any questions or issues that came up during the week. We would definitely rent this house again!

Overall the rental was nice, home was large and the location was excellent. Several challenges - Parking even the garage slots are extremely small. We have a yukon and could not close garage. People visited in other units which made getting through gate also very hard. House had many stairs, this would have been a challenge for older, injured, or very young children. While we were there we did find a dead rodent, and a person needed to come in to get design specs for an exterior stairwell the owner had contracted. Beach items and home use was very good - meaning toys, rafts, home utensils.

This was a great home for our extended family of 6 adults and 4 small children. Our own private West facing pool(very hard to find) and steps away from the beach and ocean. The best of both worlds and greatly desired with our little children & varied naps. We enjoyed the beach and ocean while they were awake and then the pool while they napped. Never having to give up being outside. The location was very convient to Clearwater with its pier, excursions, and aquarium. The grocery store was also close. There was a quaint indoor/outdoor restaurant steps from the house that we sampled a few times and a convient store for quick supplies. Though we rarely left the property, I also know that St. John's Pass was just south of us had we wanted to do any shopping, as was Clearwater. The home was very clean and well maintained. Each adult couple had their own room with bath and the kids each had bunk bed rooms. The 2 balconies offered great ocean and sunset views. It has a large kitchen and island for meal time and another large table out on the deck. Plus a recreation area off the pool area but we never really used this. The garage is a very tight squeeze. We rented 2 minivans and we had pull them all the way in touching the back wall to close the garage doors. Also, the only direct pool access, other than using the side (front) door and walking around the yard, was through the lower floor bedroom. We had a small issue with the kitchen icemaker not working so we just bought a bag of ice. There is a second frig in the garage. We had payed for pool heat but it must not have been working properly. Management did refund me after we got home.
The only reason I gave management a 4 was I felt the "checkin" person was not very helpful. We arrived later in the evening so I understand why she wasn't there to meet us, like it said in the email, but she had the lights turned on for us. I informed her right away of the icemaker and of the pool heat but no f/u.

Our 3rd annual Fall Break family vacation and our stay was wonderful. Beach house was everything we expected and more. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and attractions and most importantly the beach! House was clean and the balconies were a delight. Pool had very little shade but was terrific. Furnishings and appointments were fine. Only difficulty is getting large (mini vans) in and out of the garage. Very tight fit. Would love to stay again next year!
