The Island life is calling your name! This gorgeous and completely updated beach home is walking distance to the beach and has a private pool.

Our beach rental is designed with entertainment in mind. The living, dining and kitchen areas all flow together and create an open space.

This beach house offers a spacious and airy kitchen and is fully stocked with anything you would need.
The kitchen flows into the dining table which seats 8 guests.

Living area features a sleeper sofa, accent chairs and a Smart flat screen TV.

This comfortable home has a fabulous location, as it's tucked away in the residential area but close enough to all of the action. You'll be conveniently close to dining, shopping, water sports, fishing, golf and family attractions. The beach is just two blocks away.

This beautiful 3 bedroom + den, 2 bathroom pool home flows graciously throughout and offers an ideal three way split floor-plan with upgrades at every turn.

The Primary bedroom has a King bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds, 3rd bedroom a King bed and a Den that offers a Twin futon. The Living room has a Sleeper sofa. The 2nd Living room has a Sleeper sofa. This home sleeps 12 guests total.

Two separate living spaces makes entertaining easy, elegant, and accommodating. The kitchen was recently remodeled, is central to the home, and offers modern cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The backyard is a lush, tropical paradise, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The yard is also xeriscaped with a pavered patio, sitting area, and grilling space making it the epitome of relaxation and fun get-togethers. The pebble-tec pool is a loungers dream and was completely resurfaced in 2018.

Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.
This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

The house was wonderful. Easy walk to the beach. Peaceful and safe location for my family. The house was very open and spacious. Plenty of places to sleep for my big family. Very great WiFi and air conditioner! The pool was very entertaining for the adults as well as children!

We loved our stay. The house was comfortable and felt like home. The pool was a hit with the grandchildren. The beach is beautiful. I would definitely book again should we return to Indian Rocks Beach. By far our best family beach vacation to date.

Hard to knock the experience at this location, so I'm giving 5/5 stars. We have three kids under 6, so the pool gate was a huge plus for us. Also, there is a great park with tennis, playground, bball, etc. within a 5min walk. Only issues we had were no door on the master bathroom, and almost none of the doors shut easily (without a loud noise). Minor issues, just suggestions to the owner to update. Would definitely rent again.

Everything was perfect, except the pool heater was working sometimes. A couple days it wouldn’t work correctly. And all the beds need new mattresses. Otherwise everything else was perfect!

Outstanding! The house is so close to the beach and the beach is absolutely beautiful with wind sand. The pool is amazing and so nice to have at the house. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful… a park with tennis courts and basketball courts is down the street. I can’t wait to come again!

We had 3 toddlers, 5 adults & 2 grandparents. The space in the Dancing Crab was perfect for us! The house was very clean & looked just like the photos. A split floor plan with some tucked away areas made it great for hosting littles who are sensitive to sound. The pool was a welcomed treat after the beach. It has a wide shelf w/an umbrella - kids loved it! Beds were comfy, fresh & clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything you'd ever need - made it easy to cook family meals. Park is a short walk down the street. Beach was an easy 8-min. walk. We'll be back for another stay!

Great affordable options, that provides plenty of bang for your buck. House was bigger then it looks in the pictures and had plenty of extra clean linens on hand. The pool was great to relax in after spending time at the beach. Quick access to multiple beach entrances. Definitely worth it.

Dancing Crab was a perfect vacation rental! Everything was very clean, lots of space to hang out and sleep with our group of 11! The grill, patio seating, and pool were an awesome addition to our stay! Check-in and out was easy and smooth. The walk to the beach was about 8-10 minutes. There is a park and tennis courts just a couple min away too- great if you have kids! We would absolutely stay again!!!

Great location at an affordable price. 8 Minute walk to the beach, 15 minute drive to clearwater Beach, 10 minute drive to publix. Great space and the pool heat worked great! Very responsive to any concerns
