A perfect rental home for you and your family with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Upon entering this lovely home, you will find the comfortable living room and dining area.

This rental home is beautifully decorated with a large open gourmet kitchen and adjoining breakfast area. It is very spacious and has an ideal split floor plan and is beautifully decorated throughout. Lush landscaping surrounds our tropical Coconut Beach House. This beautiful 1800 sq ft rental home is located within walking distance to the sand.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Executive pool home will sleep 10 guests comfortably. Our Coconut Beach House features the Primary bedroom with a Queen bed, the second bedroom with 2 Queen beds, the third bedroom has Bunk beds, and the fourth bedroom a Queen bed. We offer linens, WiFi, bbq grill, a full kitchen, laundry room, private swimming pool and all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation!

Beach Time Rentals has been amazing every year and this house was amazing although the air conditioning didnt work so it was a little toasty. BUT there are fans in every room!

This trip was a lot of firsts - first time in Clearwater Beach, renting through this company, and travelling with a toddler and pregnant. I would do it all again in a heartbeat. Leading up to the trip, Beach Time Rentals was very responsive and kind. The house was spacious and clean. You cannot beat the location - Easy walk to the beach access and trolley stop to take you closer to Pier 60. We hung out on the front almost as much as we did the backyard pool - a nice grassy area for kids to run around. Not a knock on anyone, just useful information for future renters - they are very strict with the 10am check out time. We had someone sitting outside of the house starting at 9:45am the day of check out. He didn't rush us, we were loading the suitcases in the car and doing the final walk through by that point, but it does add a little stress knowing someone is waiting on you. If we return to Clearwater Beach, we would absolutely consider renting this exact house again.

We had a wonderful time with our family of 7 included twin 3 year olds and a 10 yr old! The ocean is close within walking distance- which we did daily -even with the high winds we had on the first couple days. The pool was the best part for the twins and they would have been happy to stay there everyday if not for the playground at Pier 60! With had a small problem with the power but Mona was great and we had the problem fixed quickly. Would love to come back to this place again!!

A few blocks east from this beach house is the bay where we found dolphins swimming. A few blocks west was the ocean where we enjoyed shelling. Mona was most helpful. It was perfect. Thank you!

Wonderful vacation for our family with a 10, and twin 3 yr olds- clean, plenty of room for 7 people, we paid to heat the pool which was the highlight for all.day We walked to the ocean every. Mona our check in manager was wonderful. Everything was great - wish we could have stayed all winter!!

Simple process to book with good communication ahead of time. Check in was smooth. There was a minor issue at check in that was addressed immediately. The house was perfect for our family, 2 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space for us. Quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach, usually made the walk twice a day. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in this rental before. It is in a beautiful residential neighborhood, just a few blocks from a private beach. Several of our grown children and grandchildren came along this year. We loved it! Plenty of room for all of us, we were able to cook our own food and even grilled one night on the provided grill. It was nice to have a washer and dryer too. We love that is is out of the crush of the tourists. The property manager, Mona, was just a phone call away when we needed anything. Pool service came twice a week so the pool was well maintained too. We will come back again!

The Coconut Beach House in N.Clearwater was perfect for our family. We loved having our own pool and grill, and being only a few blocks from the beach. We were away from all the hustle and bustle and crowds in Clearwater, but only a short distance to restaurants,stores and Pier60. The beach house was clean and comfortable for the 9 of us. A few things should be addressed though. The light bulb in the laundry room needs replaced, room was dark. The TV in the single queen bedroom does not work. The back door, leading to the pool deck sticks badly. The door handle to the master bedroom falls off when you try to open door. Also, the door handle to the front door is loose. A couple of lounge chairs on pool deck would have been nice. Enough of the negative!
Mona from Beachtime Rentals was great and very helpful. We survived Hurricane Elsa, it wasn't nearly as bad as predicted.

The place was great-as expected. Plenty of towels for beach and home. Plenty of toys for the beach. Clean and as well decorated. Concerns about temperature were un warranted. 71 was plenty cold. Back bedroom is warm in the summer and doesn’t cool down. Outside of that, plenty of space. Loved the bathrooms with access from two sides. Pool was amazing and convenient. Beach is an easy 5 minute walk. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware. Great stay!

This home is wonderful for a beach vacation. You can walk to the beach in about 5 min. It's a quiet neighborhood and the beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. The pool was very nice and the home housed 7 people comfortably. Mona was very helpful and friendly and reassuring.The only negative was there was trash in the front yard/driveway when we arrived from previous renters and the bath towels had been put on the shelf still wet. It was really nice there were instructions on signs & in a binder to help with tv remotes/appliances,attractions/restaurants in the area. The front porch & back patio were great to relax also.We would definitely stay here again.
