Welcome to Coastal Beach Retreat, a beautifully preserved 1920s wooden beach bungalow on Cambria Street in North Clearwater Beach.

This character-filled property blends the charm of a raised villa cottage with the comfort of a thoughtfully updated interior. With five bedrooms, a loft, three bathrooms, a private pool and spa, the home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.

The property includes both a main house and a separate back cottage, giving families and groups room to spread out while staying together.

Main House and Separate Cottage

The main house offers three bedrooms, the loft space and the primary living areas. The separate back cottage includes two additional bedrooms and a shared hallway bathroom.

This flexible setup is ideal for multigenerational family trips, groups of friends and beach getaways where guests appreciate a little extra privacy.

Open Kitchen, Dining and Living Area

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and the essentials needed to prepare meals at home.

A dining table seats up to eight guests, creating a comfortable place for shared meals, game nights and vacation conversations. The space flows into a spacious living area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV.

A large laundry area adds convenience for longer stays.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

Coastal Beach Retreat offers five bedrooms, plus a loft with additional sleeping space:

Main house

Bedroom one: Queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower
Bedroom two: Queen-size bed
Bedroom three: Queen-size bed
Loft: Two daybeds with four twin beds total; accessed by a spiral staircase

Back cottage

Bedroom four: Queen-size bed
Bedroom five: Queen-size bed
Shared hallway bathroom with shower

In total, the property includes five queen beds and four twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests.

Private Pool, Spa and Outdoor Deck

Step outside to the spacious Trex deck, where a private pool, spa, outdoor seating area and grill await.

Spend the afternoon in the pool, relax in the spa after a beach day or gather for an outdoor barbecue in your own private Clearwater Beach retreat.

Pool and spa heat are available as optional add-ons.

North Clearwater Beach Location Steps from the Sand

Located on Cambria Street in North Clearwater Beach, Coastal Beach Retreat is just 80 yards from the beach approximately a one-minute walk to the sand.

Enjoy the ease of heading to the beach whenever you like, then return to a comfortable home with plenty of space to relax together.

Perfect Beach Stay for Families

We absolutely loved our stay! We had 5 adults and 5 children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was fantastic — just steps from the beach and an easy walk to great restaurants and the pier. Communication was excellent, and the host was always quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful! We enjoyed plenty of time in the pool and hot tub, and the home was exactly as advertised. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were beautifully renovated, and the beach was just a few doors away. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway — highly recommend!

AMAZING HOUSE!! There was plenty of space for our families. Loved how close it was to the beach and it was just far enough north so the beach wasn’t super crowded. We got there parked and unloaded and didn’t drive again the whole week. Everything was within walking distance for us and kids. We vacation in Clearwater Beach every summer with my brother and his family and the house was PERFECT for us.

We loved staying in this little bungalow. Much bigger than it looks from the outside. We had 3 families here and all enjoyed the house and location so much. The deck/pool area is a game changer for the kids so much room for everyone and all the beach things. Short walk to the beach.

This was our second stay on the property and we love it! Lots of space, just four blocks from all of the action in Clearwater Beach and about 100 yards from the water. Everything in the kitchen is great and the pool and hot tub saw lots of action! Two thumbs up!

This beach house was less than a block from the beautiful beach. Plenty of beds for large groups and a loft for kids. The pool and spa have heaters. Easy to get to the touristy beach area by walking (~15 minutes) or taking the trolley. Had 3 parking spaces. Overall great place for a large group!
